The properties are beautiful but I agree with the other reviews; it is very noisy. People leave their dogs outside without supervision; so, they bark constantly. The locals that live here do not believe in mufflers!!! There is a kiddy park near the main facility; talk about a lot of screaming kids!! Other than the noise the place is spectacular.... More

The management is unresponsive to such basic complaints as: dogs barking hours on end; drunken and electrically amplified karaoke parties going on well after midnight; strangers getting past the security gate and mistakenly knocking on our door claiming a variety of suspicious reasons. I came to Ventanas to spend one week here and honestly I fell in love... It is sooo beautiful, people here are very nice and helpful, we had fabulous time! You can definitely choose ventanas, but remember to rent a car!

Beautiful grounds. Very well maintained. Club house and pool are exceptional. Only problem is the noise. Most of the homes are privately owned. Many homes have dogs that are left outside all most all day and they bark constantly!! Very, very annoying. You will absolutely need a car. There are no facilities nearby.
