Was there for a New Year Eve Wedding which took place across the street, unfortunately it is the only place in town. It is a basic 3 star hotel with no amenities, wi-fi costs. Room was very compact & very dry! Only one key per room is available, major inconvenience! After 10pm, the hotel is closed and you must use... More

We arrived at this little hotel after a long journey driving from north east Hungary and a welcome site it was. The hotel is situated in a little square in the the town/village of Schwarzach it is a very peaceful and restful area. There was plenty parking around the square and with a few steps of the hotel. We were... More

This is a typical small Hotel for the German business traveler. Includes a good buffet breakfast. There is easy parking. No elevator so pack lite. The showers are tiny but the rooms are large enough. Cheaply decorated but functional. A puffy pillow with a good night candy. They have a traditional restaurant and just next door is a good Italian... More

This 3 star hotel is housed in an impressive historical building of huge size. It is a beautiful Bavarian landmark. It is just off the Passau - Regensburg autobahn, so its great for a stopover enroute to/from the South. Rooms and their ensuite bathrooms are excellent. Buffet breakfast is ok. The free WiFi was however not available, even after calling... More

We (family of 3, our daughter was 17 at the time) stayed here for 1 night while driving through Austria on our way back from Croatia in July 2011. Upon arrival, we were able to take a look at the room before having to decide wether or not to take it. It was light, roomy and clean so we were... More

Comfortable and reasonably-priced hotel in a village conveniently close to the Nuremberg-Linz autobahn. The building is of great antiquity and while that's clear from the outside, unfortunately the interior has been ruthlessly renovated leaving it rather charmless. There's a pleasant and quiet outdoor terrace area where you can have meals overlooking the village square. Fairly basic German menu. Generous breakfast... More
