Stayed at Lemon Creek Lodge and loved the location, the service, the meals and the overall ambience. We biked parts of Galena Trail , canoed parts of the Slocan River and hiked to Idaho Peak. Will definitely visit again. Thanks Judy n Barry!

We've stayed here a few times over the years and keep coming back again. Barry and Judy are fabulous hosts and take such good care of all their guests. The food is high end and the dining room is rustic and charming. Beds are comfy with extra pillows and blankets, heat if needed and windows that actually open. Bathrooms are... More

Our family really enjoyed our winter "get away" at Lemon Creek Lodge. We stayed in the lodge which was European style cozy and comfortable. Owners Judy & Barry are very hospitable and have owned the lodge for 20 years. We enjoyed a wine by the fireplace while our kids watched a family Christmas movie. The dining was formal with excellent... More

We had a group of bicycle folks traveling through the area and had a wonderful visit. The setting is very beautiful, big trees, meadows and river close by. Service was excellent. Barry and Judy were very pleasant and did everything possible to make out stay enjoyable. They accommodated our bikes In a shed. Food was 4 star. Had a wonderful... More

I think it only fair to review properties in light of like properties. This is not the Hilton, but no one who insisted on staying at a Hilton would stay here. It is rustic, conducive to groups, retreats etc. Definitely rustic, rooms are tiny tiny. Ours had a double bed, dresser & chair and was very tight. Simple, clean, plentiful... More

We rented the Antler cabin and some campgrounds for a bachelorette party. The Antler cabin is adorably rustic and cozy, the campground is huge and the backwoods setting is gorgeous and serene. The owners are super nice and were very accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed to make the weekend special. They... More

The lodge is at best very 'simple' - a rustic old lodge well off the highway. The only redeeming part of the location is that it is remote and thus quiet, but it was very clean and the dinner was brilliant. From the wines to the main courses (we were too full for dessert), it was all brilliant

Lemon Creek Lodge is an oldie.....reminiscent of the "good old days" in a ski cabin.....wood everywhere, low sloping ceilings, wood fire pungency...warm hosts. They are set up here to accommodate groups of cyclists, canoeists, hikers, photographers, cross-country skiers etc...shared baths...hearty meals. We stay here in the "off season" when it is quiet....what wonderful sleeps with owls hooting in the night.

Some friends and I got rained out of a canoe trip during the major rains that was the result of many evacuations in Southern Alberta. The place where we rented our canoes in Slocan suggested we stay at Lemon Creek Lodge. We arrived soaked, cold and maybe a little bitter. Barrie and Judy went the extra mile when we arrived... More

Treated bike tour well, great dinner and breakfast. Our bike club of about 15 people stayed one night on a Silver Triangle tour. The place is about a kilometre off the highway on a dirt road. Log cabin style, two storey building with the bedrooms on the second floor. It is set up lodge / hostel style with shared bathrooms.... More
