My couple and friends stayed at this hotel on Semana Santa weekend which is one of the most busy weeks for hotels and businesses. We got there with no reservation and we thought at first that the price we were paying was fair until we got to our rooms. Not only was the room dirty the windows wouldn't shut fully... More

The rooms are outdated but comfortable and....who is going to stay in the room with the beautiful beaches, great views and nice swimming pool? The kids had a blast!!!! And we relax.... my husband went fishing at walking distance :), we... More

What a joke! Its a joke of a place but its no joke if you get stuck staying here. I can actually say only 1 good thing about this place and that is that it has potential to be a nice place but one would have to basically tear it all down and rebuild it. This property is an old... More

The hotel is located in a great spot, away from any possible noise and stress, surrounded by the mountains i had a lovely stay overlooking the mar de cortes from diferent sides and the mountains! Its worth the value considering is not a 5 star hotel, you get much more than you pay. Highly recommended.

Very scary place. I'd booked the room three days before through Expedia, but when I got there they didn't have the reservation. That happens sometime in Mexico and I explained that I could simply call Expedia and it would all be worked out. No go. They wouldn't let me use the phone for the toll free call. Okay, then I'll... Paradiso is now a Mexican -owned resort, formerly a Club Med. Most of the rooms are geared for singles, with separate twin beds- so be sure to ask for a suite or King bed if that's what you need. They do have a nice honeymoon suite on the fourth floor with a large private balcony patio and a wonderful view.... More

We stayed at this "resort" for a wedding. They switched the reception location a few days prior because the "AC was not working" in the ballroom my brother wanted. He had reserved the place since 2011. Paradiso offerred him to have it at the lagoon, or the beach with a discount. It sounded fishy to my brother, but what could... More

What a dump. Don't waste your time or money. Room was disgusting: the bed linen was full of hair and had obviously not been changed from the previous guests. The pool was murky and suspect. The waiters rude and service was non-existent. Bulldoze the place and build a real resort on the prime beach land.

The beach, the pool, the food was great. The people were helpful. Service was good. This is a great place if you don't sleep there. WiFi in the room was attempted by place laptop on sink. No where else in the room did it work. Electrical outlet. Only two outlets above the sink. We were there for two days. The... More

The hotel is old, dirty, no maintenance at all. I killed 3 roaches and a spider at the room. There were several hairs on the the beds, cleaning personal does not change the quilts. The pool was dirty, I met the person that does the pool maintenance has no clue on disinfection addition, he is overdosing. I dont recommend you... More
