We stayed at Posada del Desierto in November 2009. We were looking for a "real Mexican motel" and we found it there, bare, simple, clean, hospitable, safe. It is near the Marina, where we wanted to be. Juan Carlos and his dog El Guero were very welcoming. We thank them. We will stay there again, if they have a room... More

Just got back from 10 days in San Carlos, and we very much enjoyed every day of it. I'd like to write a 5-star review for the hotel we stayed in -- "Posada del Desierto" but they're not listed on tripadvisor and I can't figure out how to add them.
