Saw this hotel at booking, and read good reviews, but it wasn't even close. No water in the restroom. Had to keep asking the staff to check why we didn't have water. Last day we couldn't even take a bath. Hotel itself was barely 3 stars, wouldn't return there.

Perfect located - walking distance from everything or catch a cab on the curb or bus at the corner! Hotel looks more luxurious online than in person and it's much smaller but still a great cozy place in the heart of the city! Cozy is the key word - def not a huge resort spa like other places. Manager Herman... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in the junior suite and we loved it. The room was very spacious, had really nice amenities and we did not hear any of the noise that people here have been complaining about. It is a small nice hotel, close to the center of town which is great and not too far... More

I was puzzled by my fellow reviewers, wondering if we were speaking of the same hotel. The building's exterior has been preserved (SMAis a UNESCO patrimony site), but the interiors are modern and chic. You are greeted by a Japanese inspired floor fountain, with huge pedestal of gorgeous fresh flowers. The "lobby" is minimal, but the first floor rooms all... More

The hotel is OK, nothing much, but OK, its clean, nice showers, nice linens, its NOISE, DO NOT TAKE the MASTE SUITE doble bedroom, every 15 min during night time you'll heard a noise from the roof, maybe a hidraulic pump or some pipes. Overall its a 7.5

Our experience was terrible in this hotel. The attitude of all the employees couldn`t be worse. The interest of giving us a good experience was very poor, and they really made us feel very unconfortable. The rooms where not up to what we expected, specially regarding the prices the charged. We really not recommend this place at all. It is... More

From the moment you arrive there's a hint something's wrong, you know, that feeling you've made a mistake but it's too late to change your mind. Then you realize you're right: everything is odd and a bit mysterious (not in a good way). Check in was quite long (despite being the only people checking in), the property feels like a... More

This hotel is just ok, The first room I got was very noisy, the windows don't lock so all the noise from the street, like buses, cars and motorcycles, seemed like they were passing right next to my bed. The staff was very nice and they moved me to another room. The rooms are spacious end the beds hard but... More

I would have given it all 5's if it wasn't for a noise from AC that woke me up. Very clean an great location. Rooms are very spacious and also has parking in the back. Bed is very comfortable and bathrooms above average. I will definetely come back to this hotel if I return to San Miguel de Allende.
