Casa Calderoni is a small, quaint, immaculately maintained and well-located B&B just a few blocks north of the Parroquia. The street is quiet, the full breakfasts delicious and the staff superb. Since it was off-season, we had the place almost to ourselves for over a week. We had the Gauguin room on the top floor, which gave us a semi-private... More

We spent our final week in San Miguel at Casa Calderoni and it was the icing on the cake - what a wonderful B&B to cap off our visit. The hotel is located on a tiny quiet street just one block north of the library. Most people walk in San Miguel and Casa Calderoni makes it easy - it is in... More

We spent two weeks in March at this lovely B&B. It is located on a quiet street in the historic downtown, a short walk to the Jardin, many restaurants, shops, and the craft market. It is a well run B&B with an experienced and helpful staff. Ben or Merry, the owners, join the guests at the satisfying breakfast providing interesting... More

Our stay at Casa Calderoni last month was delightful. It is an extremely comfortable and utterly charming B&B. It's central location is perfect: nearby are craft markets, language school, terrific coffee shop, and the town center. Casa Calderoni's owners and concierge could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We look forward to a return visit! - Karen McDonnell &... More

We spent two weeks at Casa Calderoni - our second 2 week stay there. It was like going home - wonderful location, the BEST staff, great breakfasts and always a pleasure meeting the other visitors who are there over breakfast. We have friends that rent homes, but we feel Casa Calderoni offers more than a rental can. You have a... More

This was my second trip to Casa Calderoni. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. The location is perfect--close to the center of town but away from the hustle and bustle. The facility itself is lovely.: Everything is inviting and soothing. There is a rooftop terrace with incredible views of the city. The common areas are spotless and comfortable. We... More

We have spent a lot of time in San Miguel, usually renting a home. What a treat to find the charming Casa Calderoni and call it home for a week. There is no such thing as a flat 3 block walk to the jardin but this is as close as you can find. The central location puts you close to... More

My sister and I have to leave Casa de las Divas (a rental unit on Hildalgo around the corner) in the late evening hours after we discovered there were rats there. Lucky for us we had noticed Casa Calderoni while having coffee at Buen Dia located across the street. The night watchman let us in and found a room for... More

My husband and I spent six nights at Casa Calderoni and loved every minute of it! The property is first class---lovely rooms, plenty of nice common areas, including a wonderful roof top terrace and professional and helpful staff. We stayed in the Frida Kahlo suite which was great. Plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack and settle in, comfortable... More
