Hotel San Borja is 10 minutes walk to the centre of San Miguel Allende. Hotel is tuck in the quiet area of town but not being isolated. Walking at night is very safe. Very good security, you need to buzz to get in the premises. Lovely Manager Maria Recerio, very accommodating and knowledgable. Rooms are very clean, amenities are plenty.... More

What more do you need? A welcoming owner, free parking, a beautiful and large room and even a small pool! Well, it would help if the shower was sometimes only a bit more than a dribble but that was the only problem. There is no breakfast on site, you get vouchers for a local cafe but that's fine and you... More

I had to get my passport renewed, and re-visited San Miguel for the first time in several years. This hotel got great reviews, and fit my retiree's budget perfectly. Rocio and Enrique made me feel right at home. The downstairs room was spotlessly clean and quite large, although the bathroom was a bit tight. The bed was extremely comfortable, and... More

My wife and I had the chance to book one night (it was booked all weekend) and we truly enjoyed our stay. Super clean and comfortable. The owner was a great host and helped us book a fantastic tour next day. She was awesome and also gave us a little gift for our honey moon. Their breakfast is delicious, includes... More

We had a very warm reception at San Borja. A small B&B with a few suites. Rosario gave us all the necessary info to go and discover the town of San Miguel, which is only a few minutes away on foot. Breakfast is taken in one of the local restaurants, and very delicious! And if one afternoon you feel like... More

This lovely B&B is set about 15 minutes walk from the main attractions. The rooms were lovely and spacious with olde worlde charm. Great fan in the room was greatly appreciated as it was warm at night. Our party used 3 out of 4 rooms. The staff were lovely. Coffee was available in the morning, but breakfast was in a... More
