My wife and I arrived at Casa Primavera for a weekend stay. This hotel is not situated downtown San Miguel de Allende, it is on the outskirts. In our case it did not matter since we were there for a wedding. If you want to live the full experience of San Miguel, I would suggest to choose a Hotel closer... More

The hotel is new with a very Mexican feeling. The floors and walls are colorful and lots of open spaces to feel the breeze. The rooms are spacious with very comfy beds. Bathrooms are decorated with typical Mexican tiles. The staff was helpful and they took care of our needs in just a matter of minutes. The hotel is located... More

Casa Primavera was a superb experience for us. The moment we walked into the hotel we knew we had made the right decision in choosing to stay there. The receptionist was very friendly and “above and beyond” professional. We have similar last names and joked about being distant relatives. Based on that we asked for and -- to our surprise... More

The rooms here are beautiful and the bathrooms are updated. The common areas are nice and friendly and the check in staff are very helpful. The beds are very very nice and we had no issues with internet. Some inconsistent things like shuttle service times and restaurant hours and it's distance from the center of town keep this from being... More

This hotel is so beautiful, and suits with the town. The rooms are super comfy and clean; amenities are so natural and cool. It has all the charm you are looking for this kind of town in San Miguel. Service is good and every one looks happy. I highly recommend this hotel in essence, however is far away from down... More

Only three slight gripes with this "new" (i.e. newly built in the colonial style) hotel: (i) it is not within reasonable walking distance of the centre of town- you take the shuttle or a taxi (very cheap); (ii) no easily available sauna or gym -you pay extra for fancy spa type facilities; (iii) no BBC or European stations on the... My wife and I have just come back from the most wonderful stay in the Casa Primavera, San Miguel Allende, Mexico! Firstly I want to say what a fantastic service! With special thanks to Maggie for a truly personalized service. Spending a lot of time giving us options of what to do and visit in town and ensuring everything we... More

I used tripadvisor to as a guide to book a last minute hotel in San Miguel de Allende on my little roadtrip of central Mexico. I'm really glad I read most of the reviews, which were very helpful and prepared me for what to expect from this hotel. When arrived at the hotel I did see their hotel rates posted... More

It is a nice, new Hotel Boutique, beautifully decorated and in prime condition. However little dtails ask for improvement. Just entering the room you see the traditional locks, which are not appropiate for a hotel: demands openning and closing each time you enter or exit the room. And the key did not operate smoothly. Then the floor is nice and... More

The hotel is away from downtown so it is much quieter. It is about a $4 US taxi ride to the main plaza. This is a small boutique hotel with a very well trained staff that go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. You should note that most hotels in San Miguel do NOT have air conditioning....
