Down comforters. Comfortable bed. For future reference, most Mexican hotels do not have heat. One does not go to San Miguel in December because it is cold. We just asked for lots of blankets in Feb. but our lovely maid found us a space heater. Beautiful lounge with fireplace and some rooms actually had their own gas fireplace so ask.... More

I was really excited to stay here for a birthday weekend trip. There were a lot of options in San Miguel, and I specially chose this spot due to two amenities listed online and 1 mentioned over the phone; heated pool and jacuzzi- my being therapeutic (back problem) and recreation (my daughter). I asked when making my reservation by phone... More

Very comfortable hotel. Great bedding, nice bath, very clean, good internet & cable. I prefer it to being in the center. Other than NYE, it's a very quiet place. The people below who complained should also state that the party ended at 2am. I was at the party.

San Miguel de Allende is a beautiful historical city full of coloured houses and squares. First major issue with Casa Primavera is its location, close by in kilometers but outside the beautiful city, overlooking on one side the backyard of a workshop, on the other newly built condos. Any trip to the center is a 10-15 mins taxi ride. The... More

I'm currently staying at this hotel. After a lovely NYE night in town, my husband and I came back to the hotel at 1AM as we have an early flight out and needed to sleep for a few hours. Unfortunately, the hotel is having a party in the interior courtyard with stadium-grade speakers that even shake the floors, doors and... More

This hotel is not centrally located but it is so beautiful and quiet that it doesn't matter. A taxi to and from the centrum is quite cheap. Don't wait for the hotel shuttle as it did not come to pick us up. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Staff do not speak much English.

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Primavera! I go often to San Miguel, and usually stayed at smaller hotel boutiques.. This was a great change! I really liked the hot stone massage, the food was really good, and compared to the prices back home it was extremely cheap! I had read several reviews of the noise, and it wasn't... More

The hotel looks amazing, one thing that I'd love to point out is that they advertise this as a "boutique" hotel, but it really isn't, I asked for my shoes to get shinned for a wedding I was going to, they couldn't help me. Then, I asked for them to have my shirts ironed, they couldn't help me and instead... More

big room, little balcony, clean, out of main town up the hill. However, noise carries and man upstairs was moving furniture (??!) at 11pm, 2 am, 6am. Reception was sympathetic but didn't necessarily stop the noise. Good food in restaurant. Lovely bathroom & bed, too bad about noise.

Great cozy rooms, exquisite breakfast, you have to try the chilaquiles (with green and red sauce), I wasn't feeling good and they offered themselves to go to the pharmacy to get me some medicines... Really nice people!
