“Hacienda de Las Flores” is tucked away in a cozy neighborhood, which had just had a miraculous cancellation, and we showed up without any reservations, so it worked out for us. They insisted on cash payment and did not accept Amex, but was our best bet as we didn't want to sleep in the car. I would not say much... More

Great location in San Miguel. Nice small hotel. Very good customer service. The hotel is out of date, linens are old and it takes forever to get hot water in the shower. We stayed at a junior suite, it had a double bed and a small living room. It also had a microwave, which didn't work, and a small frigobar.... More

I spent 5 nights at this charming hotel in late October and it was just the right spot for me. As a "walk-in" needing a place to stay for a few days I was very pleasantly surprised at what I found: gorgeous gardens with swimming pool and a large comfortable room with very good beds. The housekeeping and service are... More

Arriving on July 1st and staying 5 days/4nights at the Hacinda de Las Flores, we picked this hotel as our home while we attended a destination wedding of our friend. We have traveled to Mexico many times , Cancun, Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo, Puerto Vallarta and stayed at resort hotels designed for foreign travelers. But this time, we wanted to taste the... More

This hotel is in despeerate need of a refresh. Everything is tired and worn. The staff is so nice and helpful but the furniture all needs to be thrown out and redone. Sadly, I can't recommend this, unless the price reflects the state of the rooms, which it doesn't.

Like many of the hotels in San Miguel this one is waaaay overpriced. Anyone with an old house thinks they can have a "boutique hotel". First the parking lot they sent us to did not recieved our bikes and we were sent to another one 2 miles away. No air conditioning, one ceiling fan but not above the beds and... More

This hotel advertises itself as having a 3-diamond AAA rating. And it does have an enviable location: close to the jardin with a stunning view of the parroquia. However, that does not compensate for the bugs crawling in the sink and on the wall, toilet that worked only sporadically, blood flecks on the side of the tub and on the... More

My wife and went to this hotel as walk-ins when another hotel deeply disappointed us. We found a very warm welcome with personal interest by the owner Alicia Franyuti. Situated only a short walk from the center of San Miguel de Allende, this hotel gave us a very pleasant room overlooking beautiful gardens and an inviting pool. Wi-fi access and... More

We have loved our days at the Hacienda de Las Flores. Its proximity to all the best of San Miguel and the splendor and quiet of the garden make it unbeatable. The breakfast options are delicious; the rooms are welcoming and most comfortable; the staff is helpful. The hotel has an authentic Mexican flavor. We plan to return next year.... More

For eight years now The Hacienda de las Flores has been" our home away from home".What brings us back again and again? Its beautiful garden, its fine food, and the extraordinalry comfortable rooms! In addition the congenial guests make for a good time at the hotel, and of course being five blocks from the Jardin(the centro of SMA) is perfect!!... More
