The hotel is beautiful but the staff is very incompetent. One of my friends had to asked for an iron multiple times before they finally gave him one. For the price that we were paying, one would have expected to see an iron in the room. it is a basic amenity. Also one of the rooms (Balcon) was super tiny... More

This hotel could not be more beautiful or better-located. Rooms are well designed and spacious and clean and comfortable. The public areas, the same. It is just lovely, until the first time you try to sleep in past 5am and the noise from the street below is so loud that you can't converse with your partner. I read about the... More

As the name says this is a small special hotel right in the Centro. The rooms each have a personality. When friends visit us and we don't have room this is one of the places we recommend. Since you are in Centro the downtown can sometimes be noisy but the rooms are comfortable.

I stayed in room "la vista" for one night. As expected, view from the room balcony was great ( downhill and church). Room was cosy. Air conditioning worked but not that great and when we asked for a fan they told us all of them had been given already (after they looked for one). So they could maybe buy a... More

We decided to book this little hotel for our babymoon getaway with my husband. When booking my only doubt was the church bell noise that was mentioned in some reviews, but have to say I cannot understand where these comments come from now.... I'm extremely sensitive sleeper and there was no noise that bothered me. On the contrary, we had... More

We had a couple of rooms overlooking the street with really nice ceilings and a cute mini balcony window my kids could fit onto. The pool was not quite swimmable, the water being cold when we were there. The small garden by the pool with the dining areas and lounge chairs and a small bar is quite lovely. The lights... More

I booked this hotel because of its location and because it offered a relatively good prices. Indeed, location was very good and, even though other reviewers said it was noisy, it was not. Cathedral bells are heard afar, nothing to prevent you from continue sleeping. The hotel is very nice and the garden is charming. Rooms could be a bit... More

GREAT location, lovely lovely garden/pool area & helpful staff. We seemed to be the only people around at times; it was so nice to feel as if you're in your own storybook back yard. Very relaxing to sit in the garden and stare out over the city or read. I really appreciated the hot water & water pressure :)

Wow. Another wonderful Hotel that from the street you would think there was nothing there. This is a very small (7-8 rooms) Boutique Hotel two blocks from the main Plaza in San Miguel. On the recommendation of our tour guide, Carlos Aguilar we booked into this terrific Hotel. We were tired from travelling and when we arrived we checked into... More

The hotel is in the perfect location for San Miguel, walking distance to all the attractions and markets and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, we had a room with a terrace that over looked the gardens and main church Of San Miguel. Wherever you go in San Miguel there will be noise, traffic if you Are on the street side, or... More
