I just returned from a visit there with my husband, grown son and son's girlfriend over the summer solstice. We stayed at Casa Luna Quebrada and loved it! http://www.casaluna.com/quebrada.htm We had the Charro Suite and the Tree Tops rooms - very comfortable and charming; we especially enjoyed private balconies and wonderful cross ventilation for sleeping. The breakfasts are delicious and... more

I had the pleasure of breakfasting with a visiting group at Casa Luna (Pila Seca) and could not have been more delighted. The location...just steps from the main Jardin, great antique shops, and restaurants such as tapas bar La Azotea, could not be better. Each room has its own personality and flare. Casa Luna's rooftop kitchen is wonderful (decorated by... more

This was our first trip to San Miguel de Allende but it won't be our last, thanks to the enchanting B&B we stayed in--Casa Luna B&B on Pila Seca. Our room, the Mountain View Room, had a large private patio with a view of the mountains. It was roomy, lovely and had an amazing boveda (vaulted) ceiling. Their website was... more

It is hard to find the words to describe the experience of Casa Luna. We first came to Casa Luna in July of 2008 as a base to explore San Miguel de Allende and to plan for our upcoming wedding. As a home base, Casa Luna is exceptional. Of the two properties, we chose to stay in Quebrada, but we... more

Once in a while you stay in a place and recognize the owner/management have thought of everything. At Casa Luna Quebrada every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed. Absolutely beautiful and entirely comfortable. There are undoubtedly more expensive places in San Miguel de Allende, but I can't imagine any that I would enjoy more. It's perfect. Stay here. more

I just returned from my first trip to San Miguel de Allende and what a wonderful experience! It was such a lovely city but the hotel, actually B&B that we stayed in made the experience that much better!! We spent 7 glorious nights at the Casa Luna Quebrada B&B. The property is in the best possible location with easy access... more

From the moment you walk in the front door you know you are in for a special, special treat! Casa Luna is what you are HOPING for when you stay in a B&B in Mexico! I lead tour groups to Mexico in January and had become concerned about all the press I had been reading about how "unsafe" Mexico is... more

We had a wonderful stay at the sister B&B, Casa del Agua. It is located around the corner. Guests may use the facilities at each inn. Agua's garden courtyard setting complete with a small cool pool and warm spa is a sweet retreat from the hot streets outside its walls. However, for cocktail hour , we preferred the roof top... more

Casa Luna has made our trips to San Miguel de Allende fabulous. Both Bed and Breakfasts- one on Pila Seca, one on Calle Quebrada- are picturesque, elegantly decorated, with friendly service and great breakfasts. The roof terrace has terrific views, and our room had views of two church domes set against lushly flowering bougainvillea. The guests are friendly and outgoing... more

I just returned from one week at Casa Luna and as a seasoned traveler, know that this is a jewel. The property itself is a beautiful oasis, yet is well located for walking anywhere. The entire staff was most welcoming and helpful. As a woman travelling alone I felt very safe and protected. Also the rooms are all charming and... more
