Wonderful atmospheric and charming property full of character. The rooms are superb and very comfortable. The roof terrace is a perfect spot for their excellent included breakfast. It is in a great location but very quiet. The owner carmen is wonderful and so helpful with everything. This was our top hotel on our recent trip tsaht covered 8 hotels.

This was my third visit to San Miguel de Allende this year and the town never fails to delight me with it's lovely colorful colonial architecture, brilliant blue skies, and hospitable inhabitants. Casa De Los Olivos is wonderfully located just 2 blocks from the jardin- the main square of the historic area. I anticipated a noisy night but it wasn't... More

It's a nice little hotel, a little expensive for what it is, but their location makes it worth it. Their restaurant (a block away) has delicious food. Be ready to hear church bells ringing all night and day, but you get used to it. If you are planning on purchasing and shipping stuff to the U.S. DON'T HIRE Alan Kent... More

My parents, my husband and I enjoyed the service at this cute boutique hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated, colonial style. Michelle is really nice and gave us tips of places to go and restaurants to try. I like San Miguel a lot and when back in town, I will book a room here again. Brakfast on the second floor... More

Rooms are very clean, cozy and elegant. A lot of attention to detail throughout. Breakfast is included and it´s delicious. Service is excellent. Location is excellent. Do not recommend paying more for the room with a jacuzzi, it´s more of a large bathtub.

Having traveled and stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, we can not begin to describe what a magical experiance staying at Casa De Los Olivos has been. The hotel is not only enchanting, but the staff, in particular Carmen, the hotel manager, made our stay unforgatable. From detail orriented to just charming, Carmen arranged all of the activities... Stunning rooms, amazing service, and attention to detail. We were tired after driving from Queretaro and just wanted to crash somewhere. We parked the car and started walking around. A few blocks from the main plaza, we encountered this incredible haven of serenity. Carmen, the manager, was gracious, intelligent, and so loving - we had to stay. As a boutique... More
