We stayed in the rosewood for about a week in July; in my opinion, the hotel is divine. Service is top notch, and the hotel, although of new construction, feels full of character and old world hacienda elegance. The architecture and details of the hotel are beautiful! Views from the roof top bar/lounge were amazing, and San miguel is pretty... More

I made a mistake filling in the "bubbles" in my first review. I wanted to state again how terrific Casa is, how professional and helpful the staff is and how wonderful the owner, Barbara Poole, is. I would go back any time to this magical city and always stay at Casa de la Noche. It personifies all that is wonderful... More

Very nice grounds, restaurants and rooms. Great value. Enjoyed it all. :) The hotel sits within a 10 minute walk to the center where all the great restaurants and sites are. The city is small but beautiful with great historic sites. Friendly people.

This hotel is so wonderful!!! We passed any number of very nice looking hotels as we walked around town that probably would have been cheaper, but what I love about a Rosewood is that you know you will be well taken care of. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is so attentive, the rooms are extremely lovely and comfortable, and... More

Beautiful resort combines old world charm with modern amenities. Rooms are decorated with attention to detail, spacious and comfortable. Walking around the candle-lit property at night gives you the feel of being in an elegant hacienda. The 1826 restaurant is excellent. The chef, Julio Luna, is creative and has a clear desire to make sure guests are happy. He went... More

The Rosewood was base for seven of us on a girls trip to San Miguel in October. Located on a quiet street on the edge of the historic quarter, and less than ten minute walk from the main square, we never once had to take a car to get where we were going, and there are many cool and interesting... This hotel is absolutely wonderful. Fully Mexican, the attention to detail is something that you rarely find any more. We travelled with two kids and they even had robes and slippers for them. The grounds are beautiful and the food is great.

Although the hotel is only three years old, you would think you're in an old converted monastery or convent. Beautiful architecture and furnishings! The staff was charming and friendly. They always took their time and made you feel like you were the only guest. My suite was well furnished with a cozy, comfortable bedroom with fireplace and chair. Large bathroom... More

The hotel is beautiful, high-level Mexican style, with stunning courtyards, amazing terrace view, and rooms who take away your breath. The bar is decorate with a mexican stile with excellent taste and also they make the best margaritas.... More

Staff is extremely amiable, and always try to be at your service and exceed your expectations. Rooms are very ample, with an outstanding “old-style” decorations and always kept in neat condition. I found the room service menu to be very, very limited, with poor choices of local food. I did not like much the restaurant food neither, boring and tasteless.... More
