While staying at this hotel they tried to bend over backward in fixing things that were problematic but overall I would have to recommend it with reservations. We paid for the grand master suite but of the three of these the hotels offers we got in the one without a terrace. It has a very cool atmosphere but I would... More

I booked two bedrooms in this hotel for one night in San Miguel de Allende. Beautiful clean rooms, great attentive service, L'occitane bath products a +. Breakfast consisting of fruit, bread, and coffee is included. The hacienda is very close walking distance, to the town main church, restaurants, and plaza. Definitely I will be coming back for future stays in San... More

This is a beautiful hotel! There are many patios and it is full of lush foliage and lovely vistas. I booked a grand suite "Nardo" as we are traveling with our adult daughter. The main room is about 15 by 20 feet and has a king bed and a "bench" that makes into a double bed. It is a bit... More

This is the perfect hotel to stay in SMDA. Excellent location, extremely accomodating staff who take extra steps for your comfort and convenience, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. Lovely complimentary continental breakfast served in your room or on the beautiful open garden. A full breakfast menu is available for a nominal charge. If wifi and staying connected... More

Our two-night stay at Hacienda Santaurio was a wonderful experience. The rooms are lovely, the hotel is pet friendly and the staff goes far, far, far out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. In fact, we needed to go to the emergency room one night during our stay and Abraham drove us there and stayed with us... More

We stayed here for 4 nights. So many different types of rooms. We were in Robles which is in the first section, second floor back. Very quite at night. Since the dinning area is below maybe more noise in the AM but it never woke us up. Our only challenge is lack of Wifi connections. I think in general Mexico's... More

Such a charming spot. Our room was on the small side but nicely appointed with a great balcony. Great location but at the same time we felt tucked away. Wonderful staff helped us with everything. Nice breakfast on a lovely patio. Our room, at the top, was very quiet except for the early morning church bells (all over SMA).

Staff with the best attitude, they make you feel at home, the breakfast is top of the line, the room fantastic, the town itself is a magical place, go and don't miss it. Regarding the cold water issue, just call ahead your shower and let them know there's not hot water, they'll take care of it and you're good to... More

We loved our week-long stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for centrally located hotel that is blissfully charming, quiet, has super comfortable beds and truly great service by staff who are there to make you feel really cared for. Two beautiful colonial style interior courtyards to kick back and relax in. On one evening we retreated... More

A romantic, whimsical, dreamy place that, being low season, we were fortunate enough to have all to ourselves!!! The staff were so kind and welcoming from the minute we arrived. The room was very spacious with a gorgeous tiled bathroom. The garden courtyard was incredibly charming and everything was in bloom. Rooftop views of San Miguel... simply stunning! Great location...... More
