We stayed here for 4 nights. So many different types of rooms. We were in Robles which is in the first section, second floor back. Very quite at night. Since the dinning area is below maybe more noise in the AM but it never woke us up. Our only challenge is lack of Wifi connections. I think in general Mexico's... More

Such a charming spot. Our room was on the small side but nicely appointed with a great balcony. Great location but at the same time we felt tucked away. Wonderful staff helped us with everything. Nice breakfast on a lovely patio. Our room, at the top, was very quiet except for the early morning church bells (all over SMA).

Staff with the best attitude, they make you feel at home, the breakfast is top of the line, the room fantastic, the town itself is a magical place, go and don't miss it. Regarding the cold water issue, just call ahead your shower and let them know there's not hot water, they'll take care of it and you're good to... More

We loved our week-long stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for centrally located hotel that is blissfully charming, quiet, has super comfortable beds and truly great service by staff who are there to make you feel really cared for. Two beautiful colonial style interior courtyards to kick back and relax in. On one evening we retreated... More

A romantic, whimsical, dreamy place that, being low season, we were fortunate enough to have all to ourselves!!! The staff were so kind and welcoming from the minute we arrived. The room was very spacious with a gorgeous tiled bathroom. The garden courtyard was incredibly charming and everything was in bloom. Rooftop views of San Miguel... simply stunning! Great location...... More

Earlier this week we spent three nights at Hacienda El Santuario Centro. We stayed in one of the master suites, which was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Internet service was very good, they have a number of hotspots to choose from to ensure a good connection. Our suite had a terrace which had two couches divided by a coffee table (see... More

You know the feeling. You've just got out of the cab after what seemed like an endless trail of bumps and you're standing in Reception. The transition from noise, bright light, squashed-in-a-box, miserable motion to the serene peace of an ordered place. However, this time, that place continues to be not just ordered, but charming, gracious, and elegantly refurbished. It... More

Great service. Old but lots of atmosphere. I felt like Zoro. Right in the middle of the scenic part of town, convenient to everything. Rooms got a bit chilly at night (a bit of a cold snap was in town and this is late November) and water took a long time to get warm and sheets were a bit rough,... More

We visited San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico and stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel with only 25 or so rooms. Very well appointed rooms, with dual vanities and good king size mattresses. The staff is excellent as well as their breakfast. Quiet, well located and affordable! Thanks to all staff members!
