The staff was very attentive. This hotel was great for business. It felt secure!

This is a standard Hampton Inn just like one in the US. Staff is very attentive and most speak English. The major plus and minus is the location. It's literally across the street from the airport, so very convenient but you also have people checking out early in the morning. The Italian restaurant next door (same parking lot) is good.

We have stayed here various times with good experiences. However, have not stayed since the very bad deterioration in safety/violence with the drug cartels.

If you have to travel to Tampico in order to follow your business, I'm suggesting you to stay in this Hotel. It's just few hundred meters from the international airport, with parking, large room and good service. I'm suggesting to have dinner in the near italian restaurant.

I stayed here for 4 days for a business trip. The hotel is located across the road from the Tampico airport, but noise was never an issue, even facing the airport. We stayed in the Hampton Inn one night before flying out. The hotel is conveniently located almost in front of the airport. If you're looking to enjoy Tampico you might choose a better location but for what we needed it was fine.
