Although our room was fine, with absolutely incredible views off of the balcony, the hotel itself is very touristy (I know, what would you expect in Copper Canyon!) A very comfortable hotel with European Plan (3 Meals). Food was nicely prepared and the hotel rooms all have a private balcony overlooking the Copper Canyon. The only downside was that the beds were a little too hard however, everything else was superb.
