Thank you Chris for welcoming me in to your home and B&B. I cannot recommend Ardmore Country House enough. I stayed with Chris while on Business in the area and everything was just perfect. Free wifi in my room and a delicious Irish Breakfast the next morning. I just wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to see you again... More

My Partner and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at Ardmore Country House. To sum up our experience here in one word - delightful. Chris made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived on her door step, offering us tea/coffee and homemade baking. We stayed in a Double En-Suite bedroom which was warm, clean and... More

Stayed here for a night with a friend as a stopover on our drive from Galway to Dublin. Chris was welcoming and warm from the moment we walked into the door. The room (and the house) were both very charming. She immediately gave us suggestions for some hiking we wanted to do, and then met us at the Pub in... More

On arrival this place looked magnificent. The outside of the building and the beautiful gardens. But then we were met by a lady who was quiet unpleasant. She showed us to our rooms. My brothers room was quiet nice but our room was not. The first thing that hit us was the strong musty smell. Even tho the room itself... More

Stayed in Ardmore after a wedding and it was a wonderful experience. We had a beautiful room downstairs with a king bed and lovely and bright. Chris the owner gave us a lovely breakfast both mornings with homemade brown bread and fresh scones. Very good value too.

We stayed five memorable days at Ardmore House. This is the best B&B for location, comfort, and hospitality. The home-made food is gourmet-delicious. In fact, Christina's bread is the best that I had in all of Ireland. The room is well-appointed and the view amazing. We came to Kinnitty for the Slieve Bloom Hiking Festival, which gave us true perspective... More

I stayed at Ardmore House while traveling in Ireland with my sister and brother-in-law. The house is beautiful with comfortable sitting and dining areas on the first floor where we were welcomed by Christina, the owner, with tea/coffee and warm scones!
