very convenient service: breakfast was delicious and plenty with hot coffee and sugo d'arancia coming along with marvelous applepie. lots of space in nice rooms in a comfortable flat lovely bathroom and a very comfortable bed. nearby is a good pizzeria and coffeebar. for cyclists there's a secure room for a bike.

I booked this B&B off the net and was very pelased with it. The accommodation was excellent and far above what I expected for the money.
