Giovanna and Italo, as said before, are great hosts. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Upon check in we were given a tour, encouraged to treat the place as if we were family (raid the fridge, make coffee, etc), and provided with recommendations and advice for our stay. The service at Cascina delle Rose is fantastic! Giovanna and Italo are wonderful hosts. I called Giovanna in the morning to see if she had a room available for that night, and luckily she did. I just had an incredible stay at Giovanna and Italo's B&B in the heart of Barbaresco. This is the perfect place to be if you want to tour wine country in Northern Italy.
