We stayed just one night in Barbaresco (as part of our "eat and drink" Italy tour) and this was one of our most enjoyable evenings. The hotel was clean and tidy, albeit a little dated, with a welcoming host. We decided to eat in and for dinner choose the set (local Italian) menu and a bottle of (recommended) local red... More

There isn't a separate listing for this locale's restaurant, so I am posting it under the hotel. This review is limited to the dining experience, which was lovely. My husband and I didn't have lunch reservations anywhere during the height of white truffle season. We stopped here on a whim and were graciously welcomed and served a delightful meal. The... More

I would describe it less a hotel but more a restaurant with rooms. We stayed 2 nights and ate in the restaurant on one of those. The food and wine were excellent, with wine selected to accompany each of the courses. The restaurant has a partial dividing wall which was perfect for separating the families with children (us) from diners... More
