Konso is quite isolated and good accomodations in Konso are very limited. Strawberry Fields is an interesting place to stay that is located outside of Konso. Sleeping accomodations are comfortable individual thatched huts, or shared dorms for the very cost conscious guests. If you want an authentic Ethiopian village experience, then Strawberry Fields Eco Lodge is the place for you. The organically grown fresh food is very good, even if the menu is very limited.
