We stayed in the Residences which are 15 private condos in the north wing of the hotel. The are fully furnished condos with a full gourmet kitchen, stone surround bathrooms with jetted tubs, Grand Hyatt beds and bedding, hardwood flooring, very luxurious accommodations and we had views overlooking the ice skating rink which was a plus. The 2 & 3... More

We just spent a week at the Park Hyatt, and stayed at the residences. Lisa with Beaver Creek Rentals (lisa.beavercreekrentals@gmail.com) got us a great rate and a perfect 2 bedroom suite overlooking the ice skating rink and the mountain. Everything at this resort was perfect and I am hard to please when it comes to hotels. The location is amazing,... More

This property is simply spectacular. We spent an off season week in mid October (used some of my Residences points) and had a very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath unit for my huband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and 1 year old granddaughter. They essentailly had their own wing, so my husband and I were able to sleep... More

Beautifully decorated at Christmas, we have spent several Christmas holidays at this location, and would love to spend many more. This resort has ski rentals and a ski lift right outside the lobby making it very convenient. They offer lessons for all skill levels for ski's and boards. Also numerous restaurants, shops and an ice skating rink within walking distance... More

We stayed for a week at a residence at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, in January 2014, and had a great time!!! Went there with my wife and 3 children (ages 4 to 8) and we couldn't have chosen a better place. We rented a residence through vrbo and it was really great. It was a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom one,... We have stayed here several times and enjoy the atmosphere. The rooms in the Residences are quite luxurious with full kitchens and ammenities inckuding washer and dryer. The hotel has a spa and an excellent workout facility with pilates and spin studios. The pool sits at the base of the mountain, heated, and lap lane. Hot tubs too. The staff... More

We stayed at The Residences at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek last February. Simply put, you can't beat it for a family vacation. The location is a big part of it. Only footsteps away from the lifts on one side, and right at the Beaver Creek Plaza at the other side. The staff were super friendly. The entertainment and drinks also... More

Beautiful residence units 2 and 3 bedrooms. We have stayed in both sizes of unit. Ski in Ski out in winter and an alpine wonderland in summer. Perfect location and ultra-luxe accomodations. Award winning spa on premise. Coming back here every chance we get. Special shout to Magdalena and Ana who went out of their way to make our stay... More

My husband and I used our time share points for a week in Beaver Creek in the off season. The weather is great, fall foliage is lovely and there are only 20 people in this entire resort. It is Halloween week and it is starting to snow outside. Each day, we think of the movie "The Shining" because you can... More

We stopped here for a night on a long cross country trip with our young kids. We had stayed just up the hill at the Park Hyatt before and wanted something a little quieter and less pretentious with the kids in tow. This was just the place. It was beautiful and well-maintained, and great staff like I expect of Hyatt.... More
