We had the 3/3.5 for 5 nights, unir, apt was perfect for our family of 8! They provided the pack n play and rollaway to get everyone comfortably accommodated. Loved the kitchen, fully euipped and ready for us to cook away, the apt is first class and the views!! I could only imagine how amazing this apt is in the winter for skiing.

Horizon Pass Condominiums are nestled atop Bachelors Gulch mountain in Avon, Co. The view outside our unit was nothing short of spectacular. We woke each morning to a beautiful mountain sunrise and fresh mountain air. The weather was ideal in July and we often found ourselves spending as much time as possible outside. Hiking, white water river rafting, sight seeing in Vail, Beaver Creek and Aspen, and golf are among the activities we enjoyed during our one week stay. The staff at the property were very nice to work with and our unit was luxurious. The altitude is quite high on the mountain and it took a while to adjust. The wonderful stay at Horizon Pass made the short time it took to adjust to the altitude a worthwhile and minor inconvenience.

Horizon Pass Lodge sits majestically in the Bachelor Gulch area of Beaver Creek. The accommodations are impressive, blending a rustic mountain feel with the modern necessities. The pool, hot tubs, and fitness center contained at the Lodge are also great. The winding 3 mile drive from Avon to Horizon Pass Lodge can be a bit strenuous, however, the shuttle service was very easy to use and convenient. Enjoy the abundant trails just outside the Lodge's doors.

Best location in Beaver Creek. My family and I have stayed in other locations in Beaver Creek, but Horizon Pass is the best for a family! Hiking trails out the door for family hikes were fantastic with the best pool, and great hot tubs. Also the view to the west out side the property is one of best places my wife and I have ever watched the sun set. I will be scheduling my next family vacation at Horizon Pass for next month.

We stayed in unit 309, a very nice 4-bed/4.5-bath unit with plenty of space. We had 7 adults and never felt crowded. The location can't be beat with easy access down Everkrisp or Roughlock (I think) to Bachelor's Gulch lift at the Ritz. Ski right up to the back entry via Little Bear (top of Arrowhead Bahn lift) to Everkrisp. It's a nice run to end the day with. The lodge has a great ski locker for convenience, with a door that automatically opens as you approach - very nice when hands are full with equipment. 2 large hot tubs and heated pool. The unit itself was nicely configured and had quite a few board games for game nights. One negative was that only 2 rooms had bathtubs, with only showers in the other 2. Master has a king, there were 2 queens, but the rooms were large enough to easily accommodate kings, which would have been nice. 4th room has something like 8 bunk beds! There's a media room with HDTV, but all other TVs were old tube-types. We never even turned those on. The only time we turned the HDTV on was for the NCAA championship, so it wasn't an issue for us. Kitchen is large and well-equipped and there is a gas grill on the balcony, which looks west and has nice sunsets. There is a large fireplace in the living area, but it wasn't working while we were there, which was a bummer. We were told at check-in that we would get a discount due to the non-working fireplace, but we never followed up on it since we had to prepay through Vail Resorts, another story altogether, and not a great one. The area is very quiet. There is a Dial-a-Ride service that will pick you up within 10 minutes (usually less than that) and take you anywhere in Beaver Creek. The Ritz is about a 10 minute ride and the village about 15 or 20 minutes. It was very convenient, but one drawback is they won't take you into Avon. 2 suggestions: 1. If you rent skis/boards, use Beaver Creek Sports. They delivered right on schedule to the lodge and fitted everyone on site. And they have locations all over Beaver Creek. We exchanged equipment a couple of times and the experience couldn't have been better. 2. Try the Black Diamond Bistro for dinner. Best meal we had all week!…

We had a 2 bedroom plus den type room residence. Everything was in good condition. Lots of space. Had a porch overlooking the valley. Only complaint would be the tiny tv in the living room that is probably 15 years old. Overall, would love to stay again.

We rented Horizon Pass Townhouse #3 for our 4th of July family vacation. This 5 bedroom town home was absolutely amazing. We "oohed" and "aahed" from the moment we entered the home with it's huge windows and beautiful view, and didn't stop until we saw the last room in the home. The decor is very tasteful, and the home features every possible electronic convenience you could imagine. There is a fabulous media/billiards room on the ground floor, along with a private hot tub, which we thoroughly enjoyed unwinding in every day after our mountain hikes. The owners have stocked the home with every game you can imagine, and we loved the bunk bed room - absolutely perfect for children! In addition to the private hot tub, just down the street at the lodge is a beautiful swimming pool and two more hot tubs. We searched high and low for the perfect spot for our family to stay, and this was absolutely the best choice we could have made.…

this ski-in/ski out lodge boasted all amenities you could think of…the lodge is beautifully appointed and the front desk staff (especially glynnis) is there to help you with ANYTHING you could need. loved the hot tubs, loved the ski lockers ( with doors that open automatically when your hands are full of gear!). parking under the building is super convenient, although a car isn't really necessary with the resort shuttle taking you door-to-door anywhere in beaver creek. we love it and would stay here again without a thought!!

A beautiful property in a perfect location at Bachelor Gulch. The ultimate in ski in- ski out. Condos were spacious, well maintained and well equiped. A (nicer version) home away from home! Very well managed and great staff. Nothing was too difficult. Made it a very pleasant stay. Can't wait to get back.

Our family has been skiing Beaver Creek for the past 27 years. Every time we try a new ski resort we say “its not Beaver Creek!” We have stayed many places in Beaver Creek over the years but for the past 5 years we have always requested Horizon Pass Lodge as our first pick in lodging. The building is reminiscent of old National Park architecture. It sits atop a ridge between Bachelor's Gulch and Arrowhead with incredible views on either side with ski in/ ski out access. The pool, hot tubs and billiard table in the common area are a plus for our family. We love having the highly attentive staff to help with dinner or spa reservations. Summer is just as fun as winter, lots of hiking to great views not far from your door. The convenience of the free door to door shuttle to the village make this a gem of a place to stay.…
