Stayed at Ye Horns Inn last weekend. Must say I had a great time. Myself and a group of friends were on our annual cycling trip. We were able to leave the bike in a secure area which was very important. The food was fantastic, i can highly recommend the duck and the black pudding. The local beer was also... More

Ye Horns Inn continues to offer quality local food and service at great prices. Historic and full of character, the inn is located in an attractive rural setting and we really enjoyed or recent visit for an early evening meal. Although it was mid-week, the inn soon got busy with hotel guests, tourists and cyclists, so it's as well we... More

I stay at this hotel quite a lot. The standard of cleanliness is some of the best I have come across over the years, the food is really quite good and the service is excellent. Nothing seems to be too much for this friendly bunch. The rooms are to a good standard, the only thing I would say when booking... More

We camped here and the food was great and the staff first class. All food is home made and we had a great nights stay. Only down side and this is more for campers no outside toilet but everything else is perfect :(

Four of us were lucky enough to choose one of our sunnier Spring days to make the journey from Lancaster to Goosnargh for a much anticipated re-acquaintance with this black and white timbered inn. Expectations were running high as we plunged down a twisting, leafy lane on the final leg of the trip to this family-owned hostelry. All of us,... More

I came to this pub about 5 years ago during my travels around Goosnargh and ate the most memorable wild duck coupled with great ale in a great traditional English pub atmosphere. My wife and I booked for dinner and was pleasantly welcomed at the Inn on arrival by the attentive bar staff. We sat next to an open fire... More

Three months ago in the middle of January, I gave a glowing review of this eating establishment. My wife and I were visiting with a view to road testing the place prior to having a birthday bash for her 70th birthday. I think I`ll start with the timeline. The Horns Inn opens at noon and we had booked a meal... More

Just come back from a week here. We were on the Caravan Site at the rear of the hotel. Nice wide pitches, all hardstanding. Met some really nice people who had all been here before. It was our first visit. We had several meals at the Inn. All very tasty, especlally the Goosnargh Duck. A small variation in the vegetables... More

Been visiting for meals for the last 25 years and for these the Horns cannot be surpassed. Stayed the night shortly after the accommodation opened - all superb. Went recently and oh dear. Beams in room do need a dust perhaps once a year - it looked as if the dust had been gathering since I first went. Fitted sheet... More
