Had a good pitch with a sea view, but the pitch was small and we couldn't put the drive away awning onto the campervan, so had to have it separately. Very busy camp site so not great if you want a quiet getaway. Pool is good with a fab slide which is not just for kids! Good bar with food options all day and shop is well stocked. Campsite goes onto the beach, but the tide comes right in and when it is out the mussel and oyster farms are in full operation. Some nice beaches within a couple of miles cycle ride or drive. Toilets and showers are busy, but never had to wait - they are cleaned regularly and always had loo roll!

A well managed site right on a lovely bay. Spotless facilities and excellent swimming area for all ages. The staff are very helpful and efficient. Lovely area for cycling and many places of interest to visit. The restaurant is under new management and serves freshly cooked food from a good menu. We have stayed here in the past and look forward to our next visit.

This campsite is perfect for a holiday from one to four weeks. It is very relaxed but there are activities available should you want them. The staff are friendly & helpful and the site is well maintained.

Good location right beside the seafront. Sanitary block could be better. Great facilities for kids with swimming pool, slides and bouncy castles. Pitches require to be maintained with consideration to create all-weather pitches. Easy access to nearby town of Penestin. Reception staff were helpful and the food in the restaurant was good (when open).

The site is located in a very pleasant area, just on the outskirts of the lovely little village of Penestin, which has a thriving market (on a Wednesday when we were there). This is predominantly a site for French holiday-makers, and doesn't seem to cater for British (or any other nationality) visitors, unlike other French sites where we have stayed in the past. On arrival, the reception staff's English was poor (although, admittedly, our French isn't that great either) but they were pleasant and friendly enough. We were allocated a pitch right by the pool and club house, from which you would get periods of very loud music blasting out intermittently throughout the day. We were also directly opposite the toilet block which, although very convenient for showering/washing up, etc. meant that we were on the main 'thoroughfare' and there was a constant stream of people walking up and down past our pitch on a daily basis, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The pitches themselves are ok, but quite small. You are tightly packed in and the boundary hedges are unkempt and overgrown, not much maintenance going on. There didn't appear to be any rules regarding playing of music or other noise, so you may find (as we did) that you end up pitched next to some idiot who insisted on playing his radio for hours on end each day, which was incredibly annoying and intrusive. The best thing about the place was the weekly 'pool party' which was fantastic for the kids, really excellent. Be warned, however, this doesn't start until 9pm and there is extremely loud music going on until midnight. Not much of a beach to speak of, very rocky, but great for cockle and mussel gathering. Also, be aware, the 'shop' on site doesn't sell milk??? So, if you are prolific tea or coffee drinker, or have little ones, make sure you are well stocked up! Nearest supermarket is at Herbignac 9 miles away; totally recommend the beautiful town of Vannes, around 40 minutes drive. Some beautiful quaint little villages around and about. Great area for cycling enthusiasts. Sadly, not a site we would return to, however, mainly because of the noise. Also, the reality doesn't match up to the website promise! (Avoid pitches 25-28).

despite the worst weather in 25 years of visiting the site, it proved one of the best holidays we have had in a long time. The staff pulled out all the stops to make our stay so enjoyable. With a disabled son in our party they made sure he was included in all the activities even interacting with him on their evenings off. This tells me everything l need to know about the quality of the site and the team that run it. Going again next year

Lovely site run very well by a good manager who has a strong and friendly team. We were by the sea on a small pitch which was level and near water. Been coming for 15 years and hopefully a few more. Always good !

We had to stay for a week after the misleading information there are providing over the internet. Very small place very very close to each other nearly now space. Beach is a working sea weed farm busy with tractors.Tv extra 7€ a day internet 15€ per device a rip off!! Beds are poor and poor equipment in caravan you have to make your own bed if you book with linen and our had a large holes in it. 20€ per person even a 2 year old toddler to use jacuzzi for 1h. Kids club only in French so is all the entertainment if the is any as there is non on Sundays. Beds are itchy! Do not stay!
