My friend and I stayed at Om Tulum Hotel this weekend while in Tulum for a wedding. We had a lovely stay! We were in room #6, which has a view of the ocean, awesome thatch roof, bug nets in good shape and working a/c. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It's a bit more rustic than some of... More

We stayed 4 nights in room #9. When staying in Tulum you expect some inconveniences such as spotty electricity, damp and bugs. No big deal - part of the experience. However, our room was not clean, the mosquito netting was stained and ripped, the pillows were lumpy, it was poorly lit and jammed in beside the restaurant and path to... More

If you want to experience the sounds of the waves lapping through the screens and only a fan and the ocean breeze to cool you at night, the OM Tulum is the place to stay. It's small and clean, has hammocks and gardens and lots of sand. The front part of the property is a popular beach front restaurant with... More

We happened on this property as we were driving down the Tulum beach road. We needed a place that would accept our cat and was reasonably priced. At first they weren't sure about our cat, but they said ok. Our unit was 2nd floor garden and it worked out great. Rachel the housekeeper loved our cat. All the staff was... More

I was pleasantly surprised after reading a few negative reviews of the hotel. Andreas at the front desk was cordial and allowed me to check in early. I was traveling with my pet - and can say that the hotel, including the entire staff were truly "pet friendly"... The beach club was perfect - quiet and serene - there was... More

We just returned from our trip to Tulum in May. We had our daughter’s wedding there on the beach and it was wonderful. Lissette did a fantastic job coordinating everything. It could not have been nicer. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach is as nice as I have seen, awesome !!!!... More

Please just don´t stay here. We spent two nights (because we booked online in advance) at this overpriced tourist trap. After being travelling in Central America for two months, we just wanted somewhere to relax that was nice, clean with good food and appropriately priced. This was none of those. The average but overpriced food was consistent with the average... More

This place has a beautiful setting but that where it ends! Rooms are of poor quality and NO soap or shampoo for a price that certainly should have included the basic amenities. The beach area was very nice however they don't clean up outside and the place certainly does NOT compare to surrounding properties that are nicely maintained. The staff... More

Om was the perfect fit for us for a week with our 7 yr old. Price was a good value compared to other places on the beachside. Staff is lovely. They were wonderful with our daughter. Isabelle and Raquel and all the rest of the staff are "buena gente". The food was always tasty with many wonderful fresh seafood dishes... More
