My husband and I could not have chosen a better vacation destination! This place is amazing, comfortable, quiet, and full of care and love! Food and drinks are delicious! Location is great! We have no complaints. Not to mention that I fell in love with the residence animals... Papi & Dahli...Dog & two cats! I'm a huge animal lover and... More

Had the most fantastic stay! Laid back, beach vibe, super easy going. The iced coffee and food are the best in town. Richard, the owner, is THE MAN :), I haven't laughed so hard in ages. The room I stayed in had a ceiling fan and AC, and was incredibly spacious - everything is so well done at Teeto. Bike... More

My wife and I stayed at Teetotum during the first week of May, 2015. We had just come from a week of scuba diving in Cozumel and were ready for a change of scenery. The hotel is conveniently located about 2 km from the pueblo and a multitude of restaurants and a few shops. There's a huge supermarket as well... More

A great place to stay. Just a quick bike ride to the beach. Rooms are clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Food and drinks were also excellent and reasonably priced. Service was exceptional. Large grocery store is across the street and bike rental shop is right next door. Lots of other places in the pueblo (shops, restaurants and bars) are in... More

Teetotum Hotel, along with the owner Richard, Dali & crew is half the reason we visit Tulum each year! The rooms are perfect; always super clean, spacious, mini fridge, a/c, etc. Fridge is stocked daily with a couple of cokes and bottles of water which is so nice. Showers are fresh water which is worthy of note, as many of... More

This was our second visit to Tulum and a much-anticipated return visit to the Teetotum. It's such a special spot because it feels more like a home away from home than an overwhelming hotel. Every person that works there makes you feel welcome and are so kind. Richard is a most-welcoming host who is really your best person to ask... More

This boutique hotel was perfect as we had 4 couples traveling and had the little place to ourselves. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was the perfect end to the day. The cafe was delicious and the chef even prepared a delicious dinner after a day of fishing. The hotel is perfectly situated between the main strip in town and... More

We loved this little hotel! Richard, the owner, was so welcoming and informative and it turns out my husband used to hang out at his skate shop in Philly! Small world..... Perfectly located between town and the beach resorts and with free bicycles to get betwixt the two. If luxury eco-resorts aren't quite your style I highly recommend this little... More

Just arrived back to NY after an amazing stay at teetotum. The room and grounds are clean and charming, the sheets and towels are unbelievably soft, and the decor is chic and cozy. Richard is a fantastic host and the location is perfect for beach or town tulum activities. With the music piped in perfectly and the sunny roof deck... More

Just came back from a second stay at Teetottum and it was just as good as the first. I'll start with the pros: - Great hot showers with good pressure for Tulum standards. Clean. Very comfortable big bed and room has AC or fan but I didn't use either because it was a bit chilly. Big beach towels. Cleaning service... More
