I came to Tulum to relax and Casa Violetta was the PERFECT place. Sleeping with the sound of the waves in a lovely bungallow, having a delicious breakfast, walking on the beach and chating with the adorable owner...I will definitely be back! more

This was my second time to Casa Violeta. While Tulum has changed a lot since my last visit, Casa Violeta remains a gem. It still resonates for me on every level----romantic getaway, natural and laid-back beauty, gorgeous beach, friendly staff, eclectic cuisine and indigenous holistic activities (Carlos rocks !). It took me a long time to write this review because... more

The first reason we choosed Casa Violeta was sleeping in front of the sea, in our own wood cabana... So romantic ! In fact, we discovered much more than this "fantasia postcard" !!! The place was amazing, Cabana Lily such a romantic room with an adorable bathroom, incredible beach very quiet and a delicious italian restaurant. Luca, the chief, is... more

I returned to Casa Violeta for the 4th time with my "Awaken the Goddess" workshop/retreat, comprised of myself and my students from New York City. As always, we had the most wonderful time! The staff is excellent, the meals in the restaurant truly delicious, and the sweat lodge divine! I recommend Casa Violeta to anyone wishing to savor the beauty... more

We spent 4 nights at Casa Violeta, and then came back for another night a week later. We stayed in 2 of the 4 cabanas, which were both very lovely. The beach is splendid. Sun rises are an experience. Breakfast are excelent and the restaurant is the best we had in Tulum. A great place to stay, just, unfortunately, a... more

The place is beautiful but there is hardly anyone "in charge" as the owner Carla doesn't make herself available and tries to stay out of any effort related situation. At nights the restaurant and the parties tend to be loud and this goes on until late making this not such a restful vacation. It is a nice place, clean and... more

Casa Violeta is a gem. I almost dont want to write all the good things that I have to say , in order to keep it a secret!! But I will share: We pulled in late at night and were greeted by the lovely restauranters and the beautiful grounds that welcomed us . We stayed in two of the rooms... more

My husband and I just came back from Tulum and we had a fantastic stay at Casa Violeta. All of the staff were WONDERFUL and took such good care of us during our six night stay (in paradise). We loved our Cabana (Lily #2), the breeze and the view were amazing and the shower under the stars was great. The... more

Casa Violeta is a beautiful place with an air of rustic luxury and if it were not for the indifferent management, it would be a great place for a dream vacation. Our experience started in September when we requested rates and the owner quoted us higher rates than quoted on her website (I know this now). Our party booked all... more

tulum beaches features a number of small hotels which are all similar in pricing and set up. casa violeta is one of the most charming among them. this is mainly due to the lovely owner karla, who is the heart and sole of this small property with it´s amazing beach and waterfront. white sand and warm torquoise water. she will... more
