We did not stay here but 'tried' to have breakfast. There was not a table big enough to seat us (6) but 2 other guests kindly moved tables so we could push two together. This Hotel is by far the most beautiful boutique hotel in Tulum. Unique design, incredible details, relaxed atmosphere. The service is good only because Marcos , the rest is a tragedy....... Zero water pressure, not hot water, very low light. But the location is the best....... a paradise

I really liked this place. The room was very attractive with a nice view of the ocean. Very nice location on an amazing beach, but really too far to walk to Tulum town, take a cab from the hotel to the downtown area.

The staff is very attentive, as are all native people from the Yucatan peninsula. The management however is mediocre and stuck up. For the money, you can get many better pleces in Tulum.
