Don't even know where to begin, we are still in a state of awe, dreaming about this amazing boutique hotel. Its more a mansion than a hotel, it only has 8 rooms and all of them are unique. This used to be the house of Pablo Escobar. We had an amazing time at Casa Magna, the staff was amazing with... More

My husband and I travel a lot for work and fun. So when it came time for us to plan our wedding, we knew wanted it to be in an initimate, beach setting, which made Tulum a great destination... but honestly, staying at Milamores made the experience better than I could have hoped. We had all of our friends and... More

We got married at Milamores of May 8th 2010 and it was an absolutely amazing experience. This is obviously not our first time at the hotel (since we got married here) and I have reviewed before but I really want to let people know about the great service thanks to the new staff they have hired. The property itself is... More

Amazing room, the beach is a screen saver, the food is fresh from the sea and the people that make it are true chefs. The service has to be top of the line and everyone will make you feel like a king. Mil Amores is the type of place you never want to leave.

i won't say too much, as it seems other are echoing our sentiment about how good an experience we had. the "new" staff/management is warm, gracious, thoughtful and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met (including arranging to have replacement contact lenses brought in from playa del carmen after mine were sucked out of my eyes... This is a beautiful house hotel located on one of the best beaches I have ever seen. It was a great place for a wedding and enabled everyone to stay together in a house feel type atmosphere. The one thing I will say however is that in a sence, the management treats you as if it is a privaledge to... More

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Mil Amores with our two young children from Feb 15-22. In every possible way - from the people we met during our stay, to the staff who served us our food and cleaned our room and made the whole experience happen, to the food and drinks, to the wonderful well kept beach and... I first came to what used to be called Casa Magna, a couple years ago w/ Husband. We were very excited to stay there being history buffs, the beauty of the rooms on website, and the isolation of the place...Unfortunately, we were rudely greeted by a woman (who will go unnamed) who was too busy on the phone and waved... Milamores is now one of the best places in Tulum, guarenteed. The staff is just like family, so personable and friendly, eager to help. Alex, the manager, was kind enough to show my cousin and I several rooms, and each one was breath-taking AND at the prices that I could not believe how low they were. The food at the... More
