My wife and I are quite disappointed by our stay that we think should have been better for price paid (more than 200 euro per night). I sum up the reason why I will stay somewhere else if I go back to Tulum: 1- Location too far from the center and the beach is not exactly what you I thought of Tulum (But I menaged somehow to catch taxi and go to Playa Paraiso instead).... We visited Dreams Tulum as " day pass" guest. We pay $60 for adult!!! It's an all inclusive facility. Looks amazing. We had breakfast at one of the restaurant and it was good. Not great but good with a variety of foods and beverages. They have about 3 pools. The beach is not what I would think of when I think of Tulum. Anyways the service is great. Everyone was very nice and kind. I... More

We spent 10 blissful days here and I have to say that it is one of the best all inclusive resorts that we have been to in the Mayan Riviera. We loved the food in all of the restaurants, including the World Buffet and because one of us has an allergy to gluten, Francesco took it upon himself to make sure that there was no chance of choosing dishes that weren't gluten free. We had... More

A fantastic hotel in a stunning location! Beautiful beach. Extremely high level of service from all staff that we had contact with . Very warm family atmosphere created at this resort. Enjoyed all restaurants at the resort, the stand out restaurant for me was the italian! I will definately be visiting this resort in the future and would recommend it to anyone ! For me, the name 'Dreams' is befitting for this hotel/resort, because for... More

Firstly I can't believe that anybody finds this place to be anything less than perfect. I guess you cant please everybody all the time. We stayed last May, and the May before that, and would go back again if it wasnt for a purchase in SW France. Anyway I just wanted to leave another quick post to reassure anybody who is thinking of booking this hotel, you wont be disappointed. Definately best to stay in... More

A “Dreamy” Place We spent seven days at the resort and really had an unbelievable experience. From the time you exit your car with incredible greeters and receive a glass of champagne and a cool towel to the time when the valet brings you your car the resort is enchanting. We finally had our vacation after a few months of intense stress from work and were really ready to relax. One of our credit cards... More

I am going to preface my review with the note that we are very well traveled and also favor fine dining, and one of us is in the service industry. This was one of the absolutely best vacations we have ever had! A lot of what I am going to say has already been said by others who loved their stay, but I will list them anyway as well as possible cons for some, so... More

Dream's Tulum is an amazing resort with an amazing staff. We had a fantastic vacation from start to finish. The only bad thing about our trip was that it had to end. When we arrived and were greeted by the bell Captain with a smile and a "Welcome home". At the reception desk we were offered Champagne and a cool towel. I asked for an beer and with a big smile was told "will be... More

Spent two weeks at this relaxing paradise DREAMS hotel. Very friendly staff always ready to serve your every need. Great restaurants as my favourite was the Himitsa (Japanese) . We ate there a few time each week . So many great appetizers, tapas style menu and the duck nachos WOW!!!!! What a treat. Great spa treatment tried this new thing called the “jungle cabin” with my wife and she loved it so much, she went... More
