Management is unprofessional. I booked my stay through Expedia. I did not receive what Expedia charged me for because Dreams management said that they did not offer packages they way it read on my itinerary. They would NOT honor it. Dreams Tulum is a wonderful resort if you are looking to get away from the standard tourist traps in Mexico. The suites are wonderful and very well maintained. We did have a problem with out shower draining, however the maintence staff came right over and fixed it with no problems afterwards.
