We stayed at the resort in mid-April with our three year old son. Overall, it was an ok adult experience and a good kid experience. Here are the big cons (which I would have liked to know before booking our trip.) 1. By far the biggest let-down was the food. We live in a big city and have access to... More

We've travel a lot but this is our first time ever we vacationed in Mexico. We picked a 5-night all-inclusive package from Westjet for a decent deal. Plus - From the airport pick-up all the way the hotel checked-in, we were impressed by the quality of service we got. - The hotel room was clean, unique open concept design and... More

Beds small but comfortable.had some issues in our room as shower door did not close and toilet kept not flushing. Housekeeping was hit or miss. Some days perfect others no towels or cleaning. Our room was good but the building... More

We have 2 small children, 3 years and 10 months. Both have naps throughout the day. We arrived on 8-April. We had a couple issues with our room. Maintenance arrived in our room within 5 minutes of our phone call. Toilet tank leaked running constantly and the fan wobbled and creaked. Both issues were fixed quickly and to our satisfaction.... Just returned from a 14 night holiday with my husband and 5 year old daughter and was pleasantly surprised by this resort. THE GOOD: Wall to wall sunshine, wonderfully friendly staff, beautiful grounds and pools, nice variety of food and drink, comfortable room. Those travelling with young children will love The Explorers Club - the ladies who run it are... More

We stayed in early April with a rather large group of family members. The restaurants were always very accommodating seating us together. The food was very good and we were always quickly served. The pool wait staff was always stopping by to check up on us. Very friendly at all times. The rooms were perfect. Very clean, very well kept.... More

Great spot for my kids (ages 14, 12, and 9). The pizza and soda stand by the pool was a huge hit! Food was good, staff was friendly and accommodating. Fun activities. Close to the ruins, so an easy half day trip.
