We enjoyed our stay here. The cabana we stayed in was cute and fun, plus there were bee hives around the property that made the honey served at breakfast. Very fun! The room was clean and comfortable. There was no AC, but the ceiling fan worked fine. My only complaint about cleanliness was ants. They weren't too bad, and they... More

the place is not so easy to find, a bit on the outskirts of tulum, but in a beautiful Tropical garden with mayan bees and chickens. the Restaurant is great, really good Food in a quiet ambiance. the room is spacious, but simple. we had a hammock with view over the trees on the first floor, which was Special, and... This place is just lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they speak Spanish, English and French. The food is super yummy and fresh and the room I stayed in was spacious, clean and well equipped. They also have their own honey, eggs and some vegetables and fruits. The hotel is nestled in a quiet spot in Tulum, walking... More

We stayed 5 nights in Don Diego and had a perfect experience. If you don't mind not staying on the beach and want to explore the Tulum area, this is a good choice. The room is big, clean with a king size bed and nice shower. Wifi is pretty fast for Mexican standards. Great breakfast included not to be missed.... More

I and a friend stayed in this hotel for three nights in early August. We booked last minute and paid 125 dollars a night for the family room. For what we had I found this very pricey but im used to SE Asian holidays so perhaps its overpriced in Mexico for accomodation. We had a very simple room, no tv... More

The hotel is set in a nice little courtyard, conveniently located just a block off of the main highway, but away from all the noise of central Tulum. The room is nice with a private patio, air conditioning, and good wi-fi in the restaurant area. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, especially Sabrina who waited on us each... More

We were told you had a choice to either stay in town, or near the beach in Tulum. Beachside accomodation tended to be fancy hotels, or little shacks with no power... so we stayed in town. The place itself was nice, very low key vibe, and staff eager to please. The rooms were exactly what we needed, with a little... More

The hotel is a small one with a pleasant garden atmosphere, and located one block from the main highway. One of the two French owners was at the front desk when we checked in. Curiously we were not asked to fill in the usual form stating name, passport number etc., although I am pretty sure this is a legal requirement... More

In Tulum essentially there's a choice between the beach and the town to stay in - we opted for this place in the town and were really pleased by what we found - rooms are well presented, have a little garden and access to a well shaded pool. The vibe is very relaxed and low key, the staff helpful and... More

Hello Mike, and thank you for your nice review. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay in town. The beach in Tulum is absolutely great, but we are some good hotels in town that try to offer a nice alternative ... we think it's worth it actually :) Even though the rain does not help a lot lately,...
