My finacee and I had a wonderful time when we stayed at Mezzanine for 7 nights in August. This was my dream vacation and there isn't anything I would change about the hotel. We got there Friday night and had a blast at the Friday night party which lives up to its reputation. Other than the first weekend we were... more

I don't know where to start. Tulum, itself, was so wonderful. My bf and I went for 4 nights and stayed at the Mezannine. My first reaction when pulling up to the hotel was "whoa, what have we gotten ourselves into". Not because anything was wrong...but the whole Tulum Road area is soooo quiet, quaint and the hotels are all... more

I good location, design, hotel, comfortable beds a nice view in the balcony. The staff was friendly, but service really very slow. The hotel is next to a public beach, so is a little bit noisy. The price for the room was expensive ( for my point of view ) We also stayed at Ana y Jose, they have great... more

We had an amazing time at Mezzanine! The staff was so friendly, helpful and accomodating. We originally booked an ocean-view room, but when we got there, they upgraded us to the mastersuite, which was amazing! Definitely the most beautiful room I've ever stayed in. We had a great view of the ocean and the bed was so comfortable, we could... more

Thanks to Poncho, Gilberto, Manuel, Milo and all the fine folks at the Mezzanine for a great vacation. Our room was a well appointed suite with a balcony view of the uncrowded white sandy beaches. Most of the electricity in this hotel is powered by windmill or solar energy. The hotel is limited to accommodating only a few quests in... more

We just got back home and already miss the sounds of crashing waves and the truly friendly voices of everyone who works at The Mezzanine. We were only there for two nights, but they were completely memorable. The staff are awesome. Beyond friendly, happy, and talented! After a day of exploring the area I stopped by the bar while my... more

My new husband and I stayed at Mezzanine for 6 days this April. It was fantastic. We loved every minute of our trip. We had room #4 - an ocean view room on the end of the deck furthest from the restaurant. The room was spotlessly clean with a huge, extremely comfortable bed. We could see the ocean from our... more

From the minute we checked in with Vanessa to the day we left, our time at Mezzanine was absolutely lovely. Since it was our honeymoon, we splurged and upgraded to suite #10 (private sun deck -- perfect for watching the sun rise, fantastic soaking tub, lounge area and the most comfy bed). We originally had a ground floor room which... more

We stayed at Mezzanine for 2 nights in Feb. It was lovely, the rooms are clean and well laid out. The 'garden' rooms do not have a view and are 'underneath' the sea front rooms, but there is no noise transfer between the rooms. There is no wall between the bathroom and the bedroom - just a curtain. They have... more

My wife and I really enjoyed Mezzanine, but it was quite expensive compared to some of the other locations on the beach. It did have a lot to offer that other hotels did not (electricity, running water). The restaurant at Mezzanine was fantastic. My wife and I had to force ourselves to try other restaurants in the area. The beach... more
