After all of the wonderful reviews we read we were very excited to eat here. The menu appears to change daily and had 4 main meal offerings when we went, so don't head here if you're looking for something specific or a traditional Italian meal. In terms of service, there were 5 different people who waited on our table. Overall,... More

We stoped by this beautiful Eco hotel and the place is just amazing, honestly one of the most beautiful hotels in Tulum. We where hungry and the staff showed us the menu, we immediately saw that it was expensive but our expectations where high so we stayed. I also have to mention that prices in menu where not showing a... More

Went there with my husband a couple of days ago. We are now having vacations in Tulum, and decided to give this place a try and see what all this hype is about. Well, the place itself is beautiful, nice decor with candles and it's close to beach. But at the same time this romantic background and atmosphere is broken... More

we visited this place on our final night in tulum. I doubt we ever would have noticed it enough to go in if it wasn't for my friend mentioning that I would really like the interiors, so we searched it out. As soon as you walk in you get a the most amazing vibe from all the the huge glass... More

My wife stopped in to dine at the Posada and loved the cute layout and the feel of the restaurant. Very relaxed and romantic, everything lit by a multitude of candles. However the prices are absolutely ridiculous and that ruined it for us. We had two pastas, one vegetarian one shrimp, a bottle of beer, a bottle of sparkling water... More

quality Italian food in picturesque setting menu isn't huge but what they do they do well , excellent home made pasta and fresh fish , great coffee and probably the best wine list in town ( not a tough competition ) . chefs from Genoa so a few pine nuts in the dishes & superb freshly baked foccacia . not... This review is only about the restaurant. We stayed in another hotel nearby but ate here 5 times in a week! The pasta is made onsite and is among the best we've ever had anywhere in the world. I can't understand the bad reviews about the food. Yes it is pricey, but so is everything else in Tulum beach area.... More

The food is fantastic and the place too but you have to choice your table because there are so many people and you can eat with the waitress that shot you when passing between tables. In Mexico with less price you can have better Service and larger tables.

There is some confusion on TA regarding the reviews here. Yes Posada Margherita is a restaurant, but it is also a charming B & B, so be careful where you post your reviews. We stayed in room 3 on the second floor for 2 nights and really enjoyed our visit. The owners are charming, you feel like you're being welcomed... More

Most expensive pasta you will ever have. Great set up. Loved the decor. Great wine. Not Mexican in any way shape or form in either decor or food. But maybe that's what you want. I think it was extremely expensive for what we got but I suppose Tulum is known for that.
