I have stayed at Tita Tulum a few times and would again BUT.... After staying at a couple of other just as charming places in Tulum I realized for Tita's prices they are lacking a bit. Such as holes in the mosquito nets and window screens (if they exist at all) and they don't use 100% cotton sheets and when... more

My wife and I just returned from three nights at Tita Tulum. Overall, it is a very beautiful and well-situated property. We stayed in cabana #7. While we were there, the place, and most of the properties on the beach, were deserted. A slow time, perhaps. The cabana was spacious with a large porch and nicely decorated, though it could... more

Definitely one of the coolest places we have ever stayed! The hotel's individual cabanas are located on the sand, so you're already on the beach by the time you get to your room (and the sand makes rolling suitcases completely obsolete). We'd pre-paid on paypal, so when we arrived, there wasn't much to do except get the key from the... more

We stressed over Tita TUlum for no reason. We raveled here over Spring Break and fussed over the slownest of the communications with the lodge. All for naught! WHen you arrive, you have to walk a small 8'sand dune to get the cabanas so you have to kick off your shoes. Once you do that, you won't put them on... more

We stayed in Cabana #6 for a week. It was Spring Break, but you would have never known it. So quiet and peaceful. The cabin had a nice breeze every evening, and we needed the extra blankets some nights for sleeping. Very clean and spacious. Fantastic view. Quiet and private. There is a lot of moisture in the air since... more

We arrived at night, were warmly welcomed and shown to our cabana (number 7) which we loved - spacious, clean and comfortable with a pretty tiled bathroom. The cabana is just feet away from the beach (although it'd be hard to tell where the "real" beach began, since it's sand all around the cabanas) and has a beautiful view of... more

Tita was fantastic in Tulum if you really want the peacefully quiet relaxation. This stretch is quiet compared to the nothern part of the town hat has become much more touristy and discotheque'ish. The ONLY negative was I felt we paid a bit too much at $155 online. I felt that if you walked in and asked for a room... more

After having spent 2 days in Cancun, the Tita Tulum Hotel is a heaven of piece. Beautifully located cabanas - all with sea/beach views. The cabanas themselves are basic but provide all you need for a few days of relaxation. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and lunch is fresh and tasty. In walking distance you can find... more

This was our first time at Tita's, and it was wonderful! We booked based on the reviews here and we were not disappointed. I definitely wanted a beach front room so we booked Cabana #1 through the website with no problems, but honestly I would have been happy staying in any of the (less expensive) cabanas as all of them... more
