I feel really lucky that a stumbled upon this gem! My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights in January and absolutely loved it. In particular the beach and location were really awesome. This stretch of beach is one of the best in the area--clear water and soft sand. The hotel itself is very quiet and relaxed but it... More

We spent four nights in Tulum at Tita Tulum. We opted for a beach front hut and we were not disappointed. A fantastic large rustic hut with incredible views and a huge terrace with two hammocks to sit and watch the sun come up. with lots of windows with mozzie nets over them the sea breeze keeps you lovely and... My girlfriend and I just spent 5 days at Tita's. Despite a problem with booking, they managed to juggle us in....thanx. Having travelled from Australia, and both of us stressed from our work, we didn't leave our bungalow for 2 days....We found the staff very helpfull, food good and location perfect. although some seaweed , the staff worked hard every... We just came back and everything was perfect except the seaweed in the ocean. It's not their fault, but the workers built a huge pile just on the beach and the smell was freaky. Otherwise it's heaven on earth with beautiful rooms and a nice restaurant for lunch.

Have stayed before, love it years ago. This time not so much. Forget getting any help with bags, always felt like we were inconveniencing them. The rooms are not cheap, and you get a salty shower, hard beds and no service. Then the guy told me owed 500 pesos but would give me detailed bar bill, On the plus, the... More

Tita tulum was an amazing experience. The staff were there, but not in our faces at all. We barely noticed them. The beach was amazing, as well as the water. It is located on a strip full of restaurants on the road and beaches so lots of dining options. Stayed half our trip here and half in Cancun, and I... More

We spent a long weekend at Tita Tulum, and couldn't be happier with our stay. Wonderful Cabana right along a quiet stretch of beach. Wonderful nights, beautiful mornings, excellent days on the beach. Staff was super friendly. Room was kept clean. Great place to disconnect from the world and your phone. Bar and restaurant convenient and tasty. Best Mojito! Great... More

Just got back last night. We stayed at Tita Tulum for the first 3 nights, drove south into Punta Allen for two nights and then back to Tulum for the last 2. Tita Tulum is pretty basic. It's quite comfortable, pretty beach and right in the middle of the charming village with shops and excellent restaurants. The rooms are pretty... More

We found Tita's a lovely hotel towards the end of the busy hotel strip. It is definitely suited more towards an eco lodge, as the cabanas have a beautiful setting but are simple, with solar lighting and solar water. The restaurant is also very good.

Please don't come here if you want to party, party, party, make a lot of noise, leave outdoor lights on, twist and shout. . . Tita Tulum really is a lovely quiet venue, where in low season the sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. If you're not interested in such hushed and sacred events, please stay close to... More
