The good: Pretty grounds, lovely staff in the restaurant (Candelaria and the lovely woman who serves breakfast. The bad: Pretty much everything else. - The male yoga instructor was a joke. The class consisted of 10 minutes of calisthenic warm-ups (for yoga?!), then hopping around between odd poses. There was a woman instructor the previous day who seemed to have... More

Spent 5 nights at the newly renovated Kore Tulum Retreat. Although the resort does not have an accessible beach it makes up for it with lovely well maintained grounds, beautiful views, and wonderful friendly staff. The rooms are very clean, the food is better than most all-inclusive hotels. Breakfast was delicious-dinner was good and always beautifully presented. The resort had... More

We had a large group staying at Kore Tulum (previously Zen Serenity) and we couldn't wait to leave. The food and coffee is simply terrible - breakfast was acceptable but the dinner was mediocre. I'm amazed at the reviews saying that the food was anything but okay. Additionally, leaving the hotel was always a hassle. They wouldn't let you leave... More

Our second trip to Zenserenity now Kore Tulum and it was just as incredible as we remembered from last year!!! The service was phenomenal, food was absolutely delicious, the grounds are stunning and the rooms are luxurious and comfortable!!! We were down for 12 days and this time around we brought our Mothers with us!!! They had never seen such... More

great all inclusive resort, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - especially, Manuel, Angel at reception and Juan in the restaurant. Food is great - especially Mexican dishes. Yoga with Garbo we highly recommend also! all in all a great hotel!

Best all inclusive resort I have ever been to! The food was excellent and included much variation. It was high quality and healthy. Loved the Yoga and meditation. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is a complete experience. Wonderful views, the best food, the people are so nice and helpful you want to take them with you. The hotel has just been remodeled and has beautiful suites with outdoor jacuzzi. The swimming pool is small but with the best view to the open ocean. The spa has great facilities and great services.

The property changed ownership the week before our arrival. During our 8 nights at the Kore Tulum (aka Zenserenity), standards steadily fell with shortages of premium foods and beverages. Apparently the new Heffa (Boss in English) pulled the premium quality food and beverage to save cost. The staff were very good in general if not philosophical and a bit disillusioned.... More

I stayed at Kore for six nights with my two friends and we loved it. The food was fresh, tastey and amazing, especially breakfast and lunch. The yoga and meditation was awesome, and they didn't pressure you to do it. Gym is new and clean, and free bikes available to go into the town or restaurant area ten minutes away.... More
