The service is bad. Our room flooded every night, and they did absolutely nothing for us in return. Do not risk it. Tulum is a nice place worth visiting, but find somewhere else to stay in Tulum. more

We jus got married last week at Ana y Jose Beach Club, which is a different place then the hotel...we and our guests had the best time of our life. the club is absolutely gorgeous, on the beach with lots of beds and lounge chairs everywhere...the staff is so professional i was blown away, there was always someone to pull... more
