My partner and I recently stayed a week at La Vita e Bella and cannot recommend it highly enough! We stayed in a palapa that looked directly onto the beach and the gorgeous sea beyond. We spent delightful hours in the hammock on our porch when we weren't in the 82 degree (farenheit) water. I snorkeled out to the reef... More

LOVED this place! My husband and I stayed in a thatched beach bungalow; we loved the privacy and calm/quiet atmosphere of this beachfront property. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. If you crave a TRULY RELAXING VACATION, [without amenities like television, computer access, and cell phone service] YOU NEED TO STAY at La Vita e Bella!!

First class food (Huge amount of oferrings on the menu) First class service Great ambiance English speaking waiters Over 30 different salads on the menu which is a great break from the daily pastas available all through Italy. Just Fantastic This place is a gem and deserves to be #1 A hidden secret in Como

Very relaxed atmosphere, you could go anywhere on the property and have sand under your feet and a mango margarita in your hands. The staff both Italian and Mexican were very helpful and accommodating.

The bungalows are nice and clean and the view is gorgeous (if you stay in the ones in front if the beach). Very little water comes out of the shower. It seems they haven't cleaned out the shower cap or replaced it. The water from the sink smells like sulfur. You have to throw the toilet paper in the bin,... More

We don't usually spend this much for a accommodations but it was highly recommended by a friend. We originally booked into the Junior Suite, back off the beach. We were a little wary as the screens were a little suspect and my wife and kids are mosquito magnets, but we had no problem the first night and there were lots... More

Just spent two night here and it was wonderful. We stayed in cabana#1 and it was like our own private paradise. The carefully pointed out where they'd blocked off turtle nests so that we wouldn't disturb them which we appreciated. There's a great, affordable beach massage directly next door and we walked to dinner at Mezzanine both nights. It was... More

Beware when you are booking online the price doesn't include taxes to 19 % I'm used to seeing the total price listed on the web but if you read down in the confirmation email they conveniently say it there so check the fine print. The location is good that's why they got 3 stars. The bungalow was below average and... More

We are very sorry that thess guests felt uncomfortable during their stay. First of all in our our web site is well specified plus taxes; just need to add the percentage of taxes to the cost of the room per night. Second, the tap water at La Vita e Bella Hotel has slight periodic chlorination treatment (swimming pool type) to... More

We just got back from 5 nights in a beachfront bungalow at La Vita e Bella. This hotel was perfect for us - on the best and most beautiful stretch of beach in Tulum, comfortable casual accommodations, and really friendly staff. Our bungalow was right on the beach, and we had our own beach loungers and thatched umbrella in a... More

The rooms are great and the place is very charming. It has an excellent Beach. I would highly recommend this place, but service in the restaurant definitely needs attention. The other reviews are accurate. The restaurant has great beach views and has good food. Service could definitely be improved. There was one employee named Patricia who simply needs to be... More
