We spent 4 nights and 5 days, from May 8th to May 12th at the hotel. The room was big but we had two full size beds instead of one big one. Not a big deal. Siting area, balcony with a hammock and view to the ocean. The hotel is very well kept, clean, sand is white, plants, palms flowers,... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very impressed with the room. We had air conditioning, a nice king bed, and a separate sitting area... also a big balcony with a hammock overlooking the beach. Unfortunately there was a wedding on the 1st night and they partied until 3 am (obviously there is no noise restrictions here...) but other... More

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location. Clean comfortable accommodation just a few steps from the beach, and what a beach! Palm trees, white sand, blue skies and no crowds. Hotel staff polite, friendly and helpful. It was a delight to be served by staff ready to meet your every need. Never had to wait for attention. Room service and beers on the... More

Pretty place, nicely landscaped on an excellent beach. Don't expect first classes services however. No WiFi except if you are in the restaurant and then it goes out periodically. Swimming pool is a joke -filled with green algae stained water. I didn't notice the bad service others noted at check-in or the restaurant, personnel helpful when we had questions. Restaurant... this is a tranquil getaway.....amazing beach but the best of all is the Casita...a stand alone cabina, with great A/c, super bed and large tub. The servers are excellente!! I would recommend this place for a couples getaway for sure!

I dont know what can I say ! No kindness of the staff at the reception or at the restaurant. Dont stop there ! No water in the room, ok a problem can always happen but absolutely no excuse ! Sorry to ask you when this great problem should be solved. The bleds are awful. Staff is only there to... More

Bad service automatic tip regardless of service given in restaurant. Rude and inconsiderate guard named Bartelo which will tell your friends to pay a fee if they come visit you. Find another place to stay where the customer is respected and is treated well.

Needed lodging for our last night in Mexico and found Los Lirios on Priceline. It was a shot in the dark and we really lucked out! Check in and out was free of surprises and staff was helpful and nice. Property is beautifully landscaped with soft sand paths through natural vegetation with the ocean as the backdrop. Our room was... More

Although the setting was fantastic, the hotel is not consistent. We had 2 rooms, one had ok mattresses on the bed, one had terrible mattresses. I went to the front desk to ask for another room and the manager got nasty with me telling me that someone had been staying in the room and had not complained about the bed.... More

Our stay at Los Lirios was a shot in the dark. Our accommodation elsewhere in Tulum fell through, so I started to research a replacement. The toughest part for us was trying to determine how close we would be to other properties, and even the beach, for sake af attending a wedding and the surrounding events. Most online maps show...
