Excellent hotel with a nice restaurant serving everything from Breakfat to lunch/dinner. Located on the beach so if you like to walk around in the sand this is the place. Relaxed feeling, nice staff and great value for money. We stayed in the Bali Hut. You share one house with another couple, we had the ground floor. Houses are small,... More

We stayed at Ahau Tulum and loved it but the real gem was the Raw restaurant on the premises. The food creation is artistry created using fresh food and flora from around the property. The shakes, food and deserts were complex and fresh. Niki and her husband (unfortunately I do not remember his name) are a beautiful couple infusing love... More

Ahau Tulum is the quintessential Tulum accommodation. It embodies everything wonderful about Tulum -- eco-conscious rooms, delightful and friend staff, and overall zen tranquility permeates throughout Ahau. The location is on a great part of the beach (no coral, seaweed) and everything is kept so pristine with lots of love. We looked at Be Tulum as an alternative, but it... More

We visited many of the restaurants and hotels in Tulum during our stay last week, and we both agreed that the food, service and architecture at Ahau were our favorite and we were very glad we selected this amazing place as our home for the week. We stayed in the master suite and it was divine. We were worried we... More

Tulum's "coastal zone" is an absolute paradise to vacation in. On one side of the one lane road are thatched roof hotels with small room counts, while on the other side are a series of small restaurants and shops, each better than the other. The construction is below the tallest palm tree, by unwritten agreement. The low room density means... More

We just came back from Ahau Tulum, and I miss it already :) This was the best holiday we've ever had in our lives with my husband. First of all the staff is super friendly, everyone had the cutest smile on their faces which is not easy to find.. The moment you step into Ahau Tulum until the day you... More

We girlfriend and I weren't able to stay at the hotel as it was booked but we still managed to spend almost every day there enjoying the beach, restaurants, and staff so I thought it appropriate to write a review. First of all its located on the best stretch of beach in Tulum! The restaurant is excellent. Great food, great... More

My husband and I had our wedding here and we were so thankful upon arriving that we chose Ahau. The second you are there you feel at home. We were amazed at how every single detail was thought of and we couldn't find one thing we would do differently. The entire staff is nothing but warm and friendly (notably Jesus,... More

We have stayed at Ahau a few times and each time we love the experience. Like staying in a small village with everything you need. The villas/rooms are beautifully designed by David one of the owners. The restaurant offer great food, drinks, juices and smoothies.. Sometimes we don't even leave the property. We just relax all day on the beach.... More

The moment we drove down the street leading to Ahau, my wife and I knew we were in for something special. Our friends took over the entire hotel for their wedding. By far, the best wedding experience of our lives. We've been together 15 years so we've gone to many great weddings so this is saying A LOT!!! The people,... More
