I stayed here for 4 nights, and we mainly chose it as it was right on the beach and had decent reviews, it also seemed fairly reasonably priced compared to some of the nicer places in Tulum. We had a beachfront room for 2 nights, then an upstairs one which still had a sea view for the following 2 nights.... More

First the positive aspects. the location is far from Tulum city centre, as this hotel is one of the last ones from the zona hotelera strip. but that's a good thing as this beach is very quiet. the beach support is great with plenty chairs and shade. the roms are very spacious and the secure parking lot is free. There's... More

Just got back from 10 days here and it was the best holiday of my life (not to mention it was for my birthday!) Our room was so close to the ocean we felt we were in it at night, so relaxing. The rooms are basic but it's all you need here as a beach getaway. The staff were so... More

The main issue with this hotel is that it is at the end of the strip which means you need to get taxis everywhere which gets slightly frustrating, although taxis were only 70 pesos from the hotel to anywhere further down the main drag. The hotel complex is spacious and the rooms are clean and simply decorated. Wifi however is... More

This hotel is tucked away from the busy areas (if you can call them that) of tulum beach. It seems far but it's extremely easy to get up and down the one main road that runs along the beach. The staff are lovely, the rooms simple but comfortable and this section of the beach seems the nicest all the way... More

Very nice hotel on the edge of the "jungle". They have several lodges with terraces and if you step outside, you are directly entering the peaceful beach. They have private (lounge) beds and the staff is all the time running to serve you. They are very friendly. They also offer bikes for a very cheap cost to explore the area.... More

Rose Del Viento is a gorgeous set of private bungalows with porches set on a white sand beach steps from the ocean. It's at the end of a (seemingly) never ending road of boutique hotels set outside of the town of Tulum. There is everything to be found here including yoga, shisha and juice bars, clothing stores, and tons of... More

The hotel is very nice and not the cheapest. The service is a bit disorganized. The restaurant can take forever sometimes To get a basic meal, sometimes More than 30 minutes and not even get any word from the staff. We even got our room a bit later Than check in time because of the organization. Cleaning was dissent although... More

We decided to stay at Rosa del Viento over the Spring Break as our former resort is under renovation. What an excellent choice my wife made! The views were the same which are stunning with beautiful sunrises and sunsets but the food selections and service were better. Also, breakfast with many selections was included in the package. Plus, the resort... More

Tulum is very rustic. The hotel area has no electricity, no mobile signal etc. But Rosa del Viento is so comfortable. Air conditioning and wi-fi all the time. I've read people complaining about "no TV inside the room", "salty water"... It's not Rosa del Viento, this is TULUM. It's the "vibe" of the city. Beautiful beach in front of the... More
