My husband and I spent 6 days at Rosa del Viento. We loved everything! The rooms are lovely and the restaurant has great food. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The staff is very, very friendly and made our stay all the better! I would like to say a special hello to Jonathan and Julieta at the reception desk, and Jose... More

This property is one of the last stops along the tulum beach road, it is a well maintained establishment thats clean and comfortable and on the luxury side for sure.It has all the necessary amenities. Including ac which was totally needed during september!! It's quiet and restful, great for couples looking for a romantic getaway, or a small family, but... More

I've just stayed here for 9 nights and its safe to say I fell in love with this hotel at first sight, the location is just stunning with a gorgeous beach literally on site and the huts you stay in really make you feel like youre in a remote, luxurious paradise. I would highly recommend staying here. The only negative... More

This is exactly what I wished to find in tulum: beautiful cabañas, very close to one of the most beautiful beaches of the riviera. . We walked through the beach for some km and we didn't see anything that can't be compared to it. The restaurant is excellent considering flavor, presentation and service. Massimo, esempio di vita per tutti. If... More

We had a wonderful time! Very quiet and peaceful. This is a wonderful place to completely disconnect from everything. ( we left our phones in the room, except for taking pictures) The food is great! The rooms are nice and clean. The plus would be it has a/c although you don't really need it unless you love to sleep freezing.... More

Very nice and classy hotel. Good service, more then enough beds on the beach and quite luxurious cabins. When you make your entree, you are directly on the beach, and see the cabins between the palm trees. A wonderful sight. For me it was not perfectly located because it's located at the far end of the hotel/restaurant/bar zone near the... More

My room was dirty. Blood and hairs on sheets. A lot of mosquitos. We waited 3 hours before checking in. Italian manager, very RUDE, didn't help. Told us to go if we couln't wait!!! Be very carefull with the extras charges! Very expansive meal and drinks!

We have stayed here twice once in April and then again in August so you can say we liked it... had a beach front cabin this time that had great views of the beach with mild to heavy crosswinds occurring all day and thru the night. Although it's very well ventilated, it's hot in the rooms but has AC (not... More

After a long, exhausting, amazing and culture filled trip around Mexico this was the perfect getaway. Soooo relaxing, gorgeous white sands and bath temperature seas, I loved the routine I fell into, I would wake up, refreshed, eat breakfast and then retreat to my favorite hammock where I would read and do nothing, if I wanted a drink I would...
