We spent 4 nights at Rosa del Viento and I can say it was amazing ! A true tulum experience- the rooms were clean with AC ! Plenty of seating arrangement by the sea and beach area was clean and just natural ! Nothing tooo modern or extravagant but brilliant !! I have to admire the kitchen staff- everything they... More

After a long, exhausting, amazing and culture filled trip around Mexico this was the perfect getaway. Soooo relaxing, gorgeous white sands and bath temperature seas, I loved the routine I fell into, I would wake up, refreshed, eat breakfast and then retreat to my favorite hammock where I would read and do nothing, if I wanted a drink I would... The location is simply great: you are in the middle of the nature in front of the sea. All is really well organized: the restaurant, the beach service and everything. I strongly suggest this place to everyone who wanna relax and stay in peace.

The hotel is definitely worth a stay. The beach is wonderful and ideal for people who want to relax in a small, friendly, quiet place. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Sometimes we had to wait a little for the food, but this wasn't a big deal for us. We loved the surroundings with the palm trees, the hammocks,... More

Overall a good stay here. The beach is really quite nice, and it's at the far southern end of Tulum, so there isn't much traffic going past which is nice. A few of my observations: - The rooms are big, minimalist in terms of facilities (no fridge) but have air con, which is quite rare in Tulum and a big... More

Our experience at this hotel was overall average, not bad at all but nothing about the experience made it special. First off I must just say, the location is amazing and the beach is gorgeous. The hotel has amazing beds on the beach which makes for idyllic days chilling in the sun, listening to the crashing waves and sipping on... More

This hotel is situated on the far end on the coast, which means you can stay undisturbed alone or with your partner. The staff is really great and friendly, the food in the restaurant is really good, the cocktails are great. We had a problem with hot water a couple of times, but the issue was resolved very quickly. The... More

Speaking about Rosa del Viento, first we need to say that it is Tulum - I guess almost nothing could spoil your rest here! Amazing sea and softest white sand... What is great about the hotel: its own beach (even cleaned from sea weed!), wonderful sand & no stones (be careful, some hotels are standing on stones), quite nice rooms... More

I believe if you get service as good as we experienced at Rosa Del Viento, you need to tell everyone. Service, food, accommodation, amenities are all excellent. We read other reviews that complained that service was slow, staff were rude, rooms in terrible condition, but we had the complete opposite! From the minute we arrived, we felt very welcomed. Staff... More

The only downside to this hotel was that we could only stay one night as we were touring the Mayan ruins. The BEST tortillas I've ever eaten, superb service, everything was about taking care of the guest, nothing was too much trouble.
