It has large rooms with fridge and even stove, so consider this, as you might find better deals if you don´t need any of these, it´s like 10 mins far from the beach (in car) so it is nice to stay here if you prefer to be in Tulum downtown (which is actually very small)...
The rooms of the suite were very clean, the hotel is behind and near all the shops on the main street without the noise, very well equipped for some little warming up of food- very practical. Just check if all the windows close, access is very easy to the balcony on the first floor- don't let them persuade you that...

tulum is a great litle town nice beaches good resaurants, carnval in feb is a lot of fun, colectivos in good shape take you to playa coba points south
