The location, and perfect little private beach is a wonderful setting for a few quiet days in an interesting little town. There is nothing fancy about the rooms (other than great views on most of them), but they are clean, while the staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for something on the more... More

Hotel CalaLuna has changed ownership a few times, but the new change (this March 2015) has reverted back to the old, amazing La Conchita. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, the breakfast is wonderful and included in your stay (eggs or pancakes, plus fresh fruit, granola, yogurt and all the coffee you need), and the secluded, intimate white sand... We had a wonderful extended stay at CalaLuna in March and found it to be on tract with the old LaConchita. The beautiful breakfast is back and delicious. Everyone was courteous and helpful and many special touches were being added that lend to the ambiance of CalaLuna. The cabanas are modest but squeaky clean with wonderful day/cleaning help ready to meet... I booked a room here for my fiancee's best friends wedding but never even made it to the hotel. Upon booking for a stay in 6 months time the hotel decided to raise a pre authorisation check against my credit card for the full amount TWICE! Upon trying to deal with this they simply advised it was a pre auth... More

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better trip. The cabanas are modest but are very clean and have the necessities. We stayed on the second floor of a cabana and had an amazing view of the beach and enjoyed a nice breeze. The daily breakfast is by far... More

I have stayed at La Conchita twice. Each time I loved my stay. Rooms are modest. No electricity for most of the day. No wifi in room (THIS IS VERY GOOD!!!) forced me to unplug and get off the www addiction. The beach is clean and close...the baby turtles hatching right outside your room in the moonlight add a whole... More

My fiancee and I stayed in cabana #4 for two nights in January last year and left wishing we could stay for 2 weeks more. Large, lovely, clean room, and a sweet balcony w/ hammock and views. Cabana #6 has even better views if you have a chance to snag it before somebody else beats you to it! The breakfasts... More

We spent 3 days at cabañas La Conchita and it was really awesome. Great location, beautiful cabañas, with a very secluded and beautiful beach, close to nice shops and restaurants and 15 minutes bike ride to Tulum pueblo. The staff is really nice, helpful and make your stay easy and comfortable. Breakfast is included and it is fresh and delicious!

My family and I spent 6 nights in Cabana number 2. We traveled with our two children 8 and 10. The place was perfect! The cabana was in great condition and was very roomy. The beach was also wonderful. It basically is a private cove area but plenty of space for everyone to hang out and relax without felling crowded.... More

Cabanas la Conchita do not appear to have their own website, but there are plenty of reviews on line and the description from the booking agent (differentworld.com) was fairly detailed, so we knew pretty much what to expect. But only when we arrived did we fully appreciate the quirky piece of paradise we had come to. This place is not... More
