Tucked away towards the lower end of the busy Tulum Beach strip, you will find this beautiful little beach gem. You will be within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and small shops. Stilt-raised palapa suites and a quaint beachfront allow for the sights and sounds of the ocean. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and service is excellent. The hotel... More

We had a big room, not by the beach but still very close. The room was clean but very warm without air conditioning. The hotel is all made of wood, amongst palms and in the shower, water comes from a shell. So if you like nature, this hotel is made for you! We loved that, the feeling of living in... More

We spent there 2 nights in June 2015 (Apartment 6) an we really liked it. Hotel Amoreira has only got 12(?) apartments/rooms, which gives it a private and tranquil atmosphere. It's mainly a small boutique Hotel for guests seeking a peaceful and quiet place to stay. If You are looking for fiesta and party-people, You are wrong here! You'd better... More

Water pressure was abysmal in salt water shower. Not flushing of toilet paper. Mosquitos net provided. No AC but ceiling fan sufficient. Power points in rooms. Breakfast was basic, just salami, cheese, fruits and cereal. Communal kitchen and fridge. Short walk away to a few restaraunst. Unfortunately beach was inindated with sea weed when we stayed here in may. Plenty... More

Pros: Great location, walking distance to La Zebra, Hartwood, Gitan etc. on one end of the beach strip. Less crowded. Big villas space. Negatives: Salt water showers (maybe chlorinated too?), not enough air circulation in rooms -- to hot, not enough linens changed during day, not much water pressure in shower. No on-site restaurant etc., so you have to walk... More

Amoreira is a blissful place to stay in Tulum. It is right on the water and has a very romantic and calm energy about it. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are simply comfortable and inviting. I awoke each morning to the waves crashing against the shores. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. They have plenty... More

The Hotel Amoreira is a chilled hotel in the best location along Tulum's beach, close to the area's best restaurants and with a stunning beach setting. The ocean rooms are wonderful - sea breezes and nothing but the sound of the ocean throughout the night, in a spotlessly clean room with good facilities, including free wi-fi. The staff are kind... We were super happy with everything here! The rooms are rustic with low water pressure and septic tank systems. We didn't mind no air conditioning as the ocean breeze was sufficient. Breakfast every morning was great and we loved cooking in the communal kitchen. The staff was stellar as we forgot our passports and they went out of their way... More

We had 3 wonderful days spent on the tulum shoreline in this fabulous rooms. Each room is individually decorated with exquisite taste. We had the rooms facing the sea which were well worth the extra money. The rooms are just a step away from the beautiful beach where the hotel has access to beach furniture and shade. Unlike other hotels... More

We stayed there during our honeymoon for 3 super fun nights. First of all and before I'll elaborate, the staff is AMAZING :) The location is perfect and the hotel has cool ecological agenda. The whole complex is not big and there's intimate atmosphere in general. Full and well equipped kitchen where you can cook gurmait meals or healthy snacks... More
