We loved this place so much when having lunch that we came back for dinner the same night. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. All dishes were fresh and exceptional in the way they were prepared. We tried the fried calamares, warm salmon, the fish of the day, shrimps and octopus and can honestly say that it was one... More

A lovely place where you can have lunch or dinner, the feet in the sand. Incredible attention to details both in terms of decoration and food. Actually the lunch was so nice that we went back the same evening for dinner. Difficult to make a choice between calamares, fish, shrimps, tacos and all the rest but do not worry, everything... This was our 3rd time. Everything great about this place is true. Magical, sexy, relaxing and very raw. However, its time they update. We stayed in the Ocean Suite 20 (that's the one right by the pool on the 2nd level) and its needs a face lift. You don't realize how worn out it all is until you walk next... More

It’s a mellow sexy vibe at Be Tulum. Lunch is nice to sit on the beach and not entirely restricted to hotel guests - depending on the time of year. When we visited on a Sunday afternoon, they had dreamy live music of Saxophone, blues and steel drums. Great ambience in a gorgeous setting. The food was flawless and their... More

We had an amazing stay at the Be Tulum, and a fantastic room. I loved the vibe of the hotel, the beach was stunning, the food delicious and the staff very friendly! My only criticism was... because anyone can rent a beach lounger it feels less private, and when we were there there was one day where the beach was... More

Just returned from the most amazing five days at Be Tulum. This property is beyond magical. From the moment you enter, you are transported into a complete tropical paradise. The pathways, the foliage, the entire ambience starts taking over and the transportation into a relaxation zone begins! We had a ground floor jungle suite and absolutely loved it. Being able... My husband and I spent two glorious weeks at Be Tulum. We have gone annually since 2011 for our anniversary. I'm not sure exactly what made this trip our favorite, but without a doubt, the staff of Be Tulum had a big part in it. I wish I could have said thank you to each of them before we left,... More

We booked the ocean suite for our honeymoon - 8 months in advance and paid in full. Be Tulum cancelled our reservation at the last minute once we had arrived in Mexico for our honeymoon. We got told some story about the reservation system being down but then told next time to book directly via email, suggesting you can bypass... More

Myself and 9 friends went down to Be Tulum this month to celebrate a bachelorette. I began communicating with the Be Tulum team about a month before we left the U.S. - they were amazing and our logistics were not easy to manage. Maria helps us to book all of our cars to and from Cancun airport and when half... More

We stayed for a week and fell in love w the hotel. The food was outstanding, so much so we only ate off the property once at Gitano Cafe for my partner's birthday. The tuna tartare is the best I have ever had, in addition to the tuna tacos, fresh fish (grouper)! The staff were beyond accommodating and thoughtful and... More
