Coco offers a quiet atmosphere with great rooms and a beautiful ocean view. Their cabins are comfy with a combination of elegancy and ecological design. It is a nature-friendly hotel that offers great attention... Everyone there makes you feel welcomed and important. It's location is great; it offers trendy boutiques and fine restaurants close to the area. The beach is... More

Coco is my favorite place to visit once I go to The Riviera Maya. Coco is a place to chill out... There's no racket or noise that interferes with your stay.. I love this place because you can really relax and enjoy your stay. You rest and enjoy the beautiful beach it offers. You can take short walks at night... More

Amazing location, we had a couple of rooms right on the beach, it has no AC but if you have the bungalows in the beachfront there´s enough sea wind to keep you cool, although it might get a bit hot at night. Nice design hotel and has a very good italian restaurant. Very quiet and relaxing experience.

Just got back from a fantastic two weeks at Coco Tulum. Being pretty disorganised we didn't have time to plan a multi location trip so when a mate recommended Coco we booked 14 nights. Very glad that we did! Cabanas very comfortable, no air con or bathroom but this is reflected in the price and their location more than makes... More

I stayed here with my boyfriend for only one night in February. The pros: the location is great, the beach is beautiful and the rooms are so lovely. We arrived early and although our room wasnt ready, the hotel stored them for us and we were allowed to use all of the facilities. The food (we had lots of pizza)... More

Very nice rooms that include a personal deck and hammock with two chairs. My girlfriend and I stayed in suite 15 on the second floor, which had a bit nicer view than suite 18 right next to it and set back from the beach by about 100 yds. The view was really nice with a direct line of sight to... More

This property is super fun! The units are beautiful, simple, and romantic. They can improve the front desk service. It was a bit painful trying to communicate with them. Do not count on them to help with typical concierge type services. i.e. what to do and where to go. The restaurant is awesome and delicious... but as other restaurants in... More

Stayed for 4 nights May 2014. Room was basic, i noticed our cabana (no 12) lacked shelves unlike the other cabanas we saw. Staff were helpful, has a great spot on the beach. Sharing the bathrooms was no problem at all, the area is kept clean. Would stay again but next time would be more picky with the cabana i... More

Coco not only met my expectations but exceeded it. It was the most relaxing vacation I have ever had and some of the best sleep I have ever had. Falling asleep in a hammock was so relaxing. We had a cabana on the beach and did not mind sharing a bathroom. They keep everything super clean here. The food was... More
