Coco is a tasteful, no thrills hideaway in playa de Tulum. Its strip of white sand is one of the best on the beach and the location is right in the center of all my favorite places to eat. A lady friend and I stayed in November, in cabaña 5, with a view of the sunrise over sea to wake... More

Stayed here for two nights at the end of October. It's off the main beach hotel road. From the outset the service from reception was warm, friendly and helpful. Our cabana style room looked out on to the beach with a hammock in the veranda area in front. The room was spotless. It's worth noting that you'll be using shared... More

We have been recommended Coco Tulum by a friend and decided to give it a go when planning our trip to Mexico. We have stayed few days in Cancun, then in amazing all inclusive resort near Akumal and finally in Coco. We have stayed in one of the front cabanas which was quite private and because we didn't have a... More

-great value for the money. We walked a lot of the beach and continually said the Coco Tulum had the nicest stretch of beach in front of their hotel - well maintained and big. -very clean rooms and bathrooms -friendly and helpful hotel staff (restaurant recommendations and things to do) -I bought a massage for my boyfriend as a gift... The positives: - Cheaper than most other resorts on the beach (we paid $95/night for our cabana, and this was low season, in July) - Absolutely amazingly gorgeous beach, steps from every room - This is an eco-resort, aka shared bathrooms and saltwater showers. That said, bathrooms were immaculate and cleaned often - Cabanas have a minimalist look- all white... More

My Girlfriend and I recently took a 7 day vacation in Tulum and Staying at Coco Tulum was one of my favorite parts of the trip. Upon arriving at the front desk, we were promptly greeted by Allegra, who quickly but thoroughly explained any fee's we owed and gave us a quick tour of the hotel and showed us to... More

Let me first start off by saying, this is my first review EVER... My boyfriend and I went out to Tulum last week. I am so glad we stayed at COCO Tulum. This was my second time to Tulum and now my favorite trip Ive ever taken. The restaurant staff was AMAZING. After a few nights we felt like friends... More

I picked Coco Tulum because it was in the similar size, style to La Zebra Hotel that is half a mile away in which we stayed 4 years ago. Coco Tulum Hotel is a new favorite for me and my wife. Clean, great design of interior and exterior, beautiful grounds. We stayed in #18 on the second floor with a... More

We stayed in #7 which was hidden away on the left hand side of the beach area. First things first - it's hot in the rooms. There is no air con but there is a big fan which kinda helped. We did have another cabana directly in front of us so maybe that blocked the breeze more than others. It... More

Really outstanding hotel! Cabins are simple but beautiful, the ambience is relaxed, and the staff are visible in keeping the grounds and facilities perfect. We visited here in the low season, but it was surprisingly evident how much Coco stood out from its neighbours in terms of cleanliness and patronage - particularly from the beach. We had no issues whatsoever... More
