Couldn't rave enough aboout Coco, it was absolute bliss! Extremely easy to book, the check in took no time at all and the rooms are lovely, clean and simple. The resort is well managed and the food is amazing! Can't wait to go back and stay there again.

Wow! This place is not only in the best location but the cabanas are amazing, clean, big enough for 2 people and they have their own courtyard/balcony with a hammock and chairs not that I spent much time in the room when you have the most amazing beach only footsteps away. The room has a mosquito net which was awesome... More

This place is paradise! The location is incredible - chilled, intimate, eco friendly, and has the prettiest part of the beach. We were in Cabaña 8, and fell asleep in the super comfy bed (or hammock) listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The service is top notch, from the maids, to the maintenance guys, to... More

After riding the bus from Playa del Carmen we arrived in Tulum expecting a small village based on descriptions we'd read. Tulum town is actually good sized yet easy to walk around. Being the adventurous types we set off walking to the beach/hotel zone. It was a long walk......2 hours, but once we got there.....the beach was beautiful and we... More

A beautiful and serene location! Wake up to the waves and sunrise, take a walk, a refreshing swim, followed by a delicious smoothy in the restaurant. The cabanas are lovely, cozy and clean. The grounds are immaculate, beach is pure perfection, sand is heavenly. The staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful. Location couldn't be better. There is no better place to... More

Wonderful location with clean, comfortable rooms. The trip to the bathroom at night was interesting, so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have to get up multiple times in the night. The staff were very friendly and helpful - overall a very enjoyable stay for all.

Coco is a tasteful, no thrills hideaway in playa de Tulum. Its strip of white sand is one of the best on the beach and the location is right in the center of all my favorite places to eat. A lady friend and I stayed in November, in cabaña 5, with a view of the sunrise over sea to wake... More

Stayed here for two nights at the end of October. It's off the main beach hotel road. From the outset the service from reception was warm, friendly and helpful. Our cabana style room looked out on to the beach with a hammock in the veranda area in front. The room was spotless. It's worth noting that you'll be using shared... More

Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback, I have taken note on your comments around privacy from the cabana's terrace. I'm sure we'll find a solution to it :) We appreciate your nice comments about the service and every day efforts to keep Coco Tulum a gem in the Caribbean. Hope to see you again soon. Yeye Ramz G.M. We have been recommended Coco Tulum by a friend and decided to give it a go when planning our trip to Mexico. We have stayed few days in Cancun, then in amazing all inclusive resort near Akumal and finally in Coco. We have stayed in one of the front cabanas which was quite private and because we didn't have a... More
