Itour is centrally located to the beach and the center of town. Marco and company were incredible hosts. They offer complimentary bikes to get through town. I wish I could remember the name of the Mexican restaurant next door--they had the best prawns. I would definitely stay there again!

When we got there the crew was really nice and drew pictures on our maps to show us where places were located and made some fantastic recommendations. One of the things that I liked best was that they included everything that booking.com said they would, unlike other places we visited that promised things then tried to charge us for it.... More

We stayed there this week and really enjoyed the service and the added facilities! They provide biks and a small breakfast. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very big. The staff were very nice and helpfull.

Well run, comfortable rooms at a good price. Polite, efficient and friendly staff. We would come here again, as we enjoyed our 1 night here. It is located right on the crossroads of the highway and the road to Coba, but it is not particularly noisy. In the room with the AC on, you can't hear a thing. The continental breakfast... More

Friendly staff, nice and comfortable rooms and bikes included in the price! Ten minutes to the ruins, the beach and the gran cenote! We spent a pleasant couple of days and returned for another two nights.

I stayed at iTour from Aug 30 - Sept 3 2014 and couldn't recommend the hostel more. As a solo traveler, I felt taken care of in every aspect; I was greeted each morning by name at the cafe, my breakfast & coffee orders were quickly memorized by staff, and any questions I had on transportation or nearby activities were... We chose to stay at Itour Mexico based on Trip Advisor reviews. We has a wonderful time. The hotel is located close to the ruins, beach and good restaurants. The room was immaculate. The air conditioning was very good. It was very hot outside, yet we were cool and comfortable in our room. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant... More

Recognising ITour as I looked out the window of the bus from Cancun, the kind bus driver stopped on the highway, just around the corner from Itours. The staff were welcoming, gave me personal service, (much appreciated when travelling solo) such as calling me by name, taking my heavy bag to my upstairs clean spacious room, offering suggestions as to...
