The trip to the hotel from the airport took 1.5 hours! Five stops on the way to let off other travelers. We were met by a smiling staff member and glasses of champagne. Check in was very fast, first floor building #18. Conveniently located to everythng. Wanted third floor but a room was not available until just before we were... more

WOW!!! That is the first thought that comes to mind. We were at the Grand Sirenis 10/09 thru 10/17...and it was one of the best vacations I have ever been on. I've stayed at other all inclusives in Mexico, (6th time in Mexico), and this is by far the very best. Right from the time we got there until the... more

the only thing that wasn't perfect was the loong ride from the airport to the hotel. previous reviews warned of the ride (2 1/2 hrs there....1 1/2 back to airport). we always ask ourselves on the flight back to ord if we'd go there again ....the answer would be "yes".the health club was fairly far so we used the walk... more

We travel to all-inclusives often, and Grand Sirenis has been our favorite! The service is fast and friendly. The grounds are beautiful- the beach and snorkeling are absolutely fantasic. The lazy river and various pools were wonderful. I enjoyed a 2 hour full body massage for only $80 in a lovely cabana on the beach. The food was good and... more

5 star beach, 4 star rooms, 3 star grounds and food. Only problem we had was that our package was supposed to include a lobster dinner. I even had it in writing and they still would not honor it, they said it was $70 extra per person. more

We just returned on August 22 from this resort after 7 nights. The grounds were very nice, as well as the room was very nice. The resort is fairly new, suppose built 5 years ago. The pools are huge and seemed cleaned often. The swim-up bar was great. We thought the food was very good, and the drinks plentiful. We... more

At arrival the fountains were dirty and not running. The entrance is not grand, neither is the resort. No upgrades unless you pay for them. The answer to your questions is usually NO. The food is avereage. The breakfast is mixed w/ lunch mexican food. Eggs to order. The pancakes are hockey pucks unless you get them fresh. They have... more

Ok I am going to start this review off by saying that we have been to Hawaii twice and honestly fought the idea of Mexico for years. We had the opportunity to go back to Hawaii this summer but after pricing flights and finding out that the flight for 3 people was more than we paid for GS we decided... more

I found this site very useful when I was considering this hotel, so here's my breakdown We arrived at the Sirenis during the first week of June. We are a family with two children aged six and two and a half. The resort appears to be very large upon arrival but after a while you find the shortcuts and actually... more

Having read other reviews on the hotel I did wonder if I had done the right thing by booking but my experience could not have been further from what I had read in some of them. On arrival at the hotel champagne cocktails were served. Need I say more - the perfect start to the perfect holiday. Check in was... more
